Quarter of my bowl was empty after I picked it up and didn’t include a fork or napkins

Friendly, fast service. Due to the location, it is very packed during the lunch hour and it can be a bit of a pain to get in and out of the parking lot. So if you are in a rush, I wouldnt come between 12 and 1.

Dining area is pretty small as well.

Ordered a quesadilla with chicken and grilled peppers. The quesadilla was prepared awfully. Hardly any cheese and the tortilla itself was hard as a rock. Not coming to this location again. Waste of money.

I usually don’t bother writing reviews, but today’s experience frustrated me so much that I really hope the store sees this and understands what went wrong.

I went to this Chipotle during their pre-Thanksgiving “Buy One Get One” deal. I expected a crowd, and yes, the line was long—totally fine. But the staff felt very inexperienced, and most importantly, they just weren’t listening.

I had to repeat almost every part of my order, and even then it felt like it wasn’t registering. I also had a free guac reward. At checkout, I asked if I could use it. They told me I couldn’t because I was already using the BOGO deal. Okay, that’s fine.

So I explained, very clearly:
“Alright, then let me pay for the BOGO order first. After that, I’ll do a second, separate order for the free guac.”

That’s literally how two different promotions are supposed to work.

But they kept repeating the same thing:
“If you add guac, the BOGO disappears.”

They completely ignored the part where I said it would be a separate order. I wasn’t asking to add guac to the BOGO order. I kept explaining it, and they kept giving me the same answer like they weren’t even processing what I said. The tone and little smirks while saying it made it worse.

Then the sides…
I ordered two bowls, and I asked for corn and sour cream on the side for each bowl. So that should be two corn cups, two sour cream cups. They only gave me one of each. When I asked where the other two were, they said, “You asked for one.”
If I wanted it inside the bowl, they would have put it inside—not handed me one cup and assumed I meant it for both bowls. It made absolutely no sense.

Overall, it felt like I was talking and they just weren’t hearing anything. I’m writing this because customers shouldn’t have to argue or repeat basic instructions. I wasn’t asking for anything complicated. I was just asking them to listen, and the entire experience ended up feeling rude and dismissive for no reason.

I genuinely hope the management reads this and helps the team improve, because something that should have taken a few minutes ended up being unnecessarily stressful.

We live chipolte, but this location is disappointing. It’s always dirty and messy in the dining area so we rarely eat in. The staff is often slow and not friendly. Today the guy making my food had lots of long hair not tied back- which tbh really grossed me out as I’ve had hair in my food from this location before. I’ll drive out of my way to go to another location from now on.

Went in this morning shortly after opening. Got home and the vegetables were old with horrible taste and the chips were hard with no seasoning. I wasn’t provided with a receipt. Seems like they gave us food from the night before. The tomatoes taste horrible. The guacamole was brown on the top so I didn’t order that. Spoke to David who said he was the manager and he said there was nothing he could do. Vegetable seems like

I had ordered an order for pick up. It was multiple orders. All of our chips were BURNT and tasted gross. I called up to possibly have them remade or a refund however the phone system is automated. So now I'm writing a review. Cooks can visibly see how burnt these chips are. This was awful.

Every time I uber eats from this location they sprinkle on a tiny amount of meat. Done giving them business. Paying 20 dollars for a pile of rice is robbery.
