Great experience for my first time trying them but their online menu just felt a bit deceptive of what I was going to receive for my order when having it delivered for lunch and a few specifications were missing from the order. I did enjoy the presentation of what they depicted though as well as the customer service along the way but I do feel their marketing/sales can do some adjusting to how they present the online/app delivery ordering promotions. I wasn’t truly satisfied...

The reason for my complaint is for the portion they provided. I usually order the same entree for my kids. This time each entree was half full in the container usually when we’ve ordered in the past the mac and cheese is filled to the top. Disappointed with the amount of food but the taste was good as usual.

Only one register was open to take orders and payments, and things became backlogged when a handicapped man had trouble with the card scanner through no fault of his own.
Once ordered, it took over 20 minutes for our lunches to be delivered. We're retired, but "worker bees" may go over their allowed lunch hour.
Almost half of the seating was taken up by stored boxes, and they were behind cleaning up those that remained. I didn't see any place...
