Went there saturday the 6th the manager Christian is an absoloute angel!!!! He was very sweet and helpful I am here to visit family from germany and he made my day sooo much better he genuinely deserves a free ice cream or sum! Will def come back because of the amazing costomer service! Thank you christian!

I thought I would give this location another try but was surely disappointed. My burger was literally 2D as flat as a piece of paper. It literally has only one side. My drink never comes with ice… idk why couldn’t tell you because that’s not an option on uber eats.

Did not feel welcome here. When I entered, no one was ready to take the order at first. After requesting the person to take the order, finally the person unenthusiastically started taking the order. Even after repeating the order twice still the order was was messed up and I was charged extra. Would not visit this location again.

For some reason whenever I order a chocolate malt from here they skimp on the malt which is just vanilla and I ask them multiple times to fix it and they don’t. In what world is this chocolate !?

For a newer Culver's in Warrenville I'm rating this at mediocre. The staff doesn't seem very well versed in customer service and product knowledge. The Cod sandwich portion was extremely small compared to other Culver's and the Swiss and mushroom burger was bland. Not on the top of my list to return.

Whoever runs this Culvers... Doc your soda machine settings. Side by side comparisons - this Culvers offers a greater AHH! effect with CocaCola than McD is so famous for. Good fish sandwich too.

After placing an online order for Curdside pickup, my family experienced an emergency that delayed being able to pick up the order at the originally-predicted time. I called the restaurant and spoke with a manager who was extremely kind and understanding! I didn't catch a name but the customer service provided, by graciously offering to remake our food when we were ready for it, was service second-to-none! We are located in the middle of this and another location so we share our business between both stores. After this experience, we will choose this one more often in the future ❤️

I have been to this Culver’s many times and a few years back it was very well done and the quality of food was delicious. But lately the past couple months I’ve been there on different occasions and the food quality has not been good or up to par. I have noticed that they have either forgotten something or it has not been freshly made when it comes to their burgers and fries. I would love for this Culver’s to fix whatever the issue is because I really do enjoy Culver’s.
