After placing an online order for Curdside pickup, my family experienced an emergency that delayed being able to pick up the order at the originally-predicted time. I called the restaurant and spoke with a manager who was extremely kind and understanding! I didn't catch a name but the customer service provided, by graciously offering to remake our food when we were ready for it, was service second-to-none! We are located in the middle of this and another location so we share...

I’ve never had a problem with any of my orders being wrong or waiting too long for my food but every single time I go through the drive thur and I order food and custard they bring out the ice cream first. So by the time I bring it home it’s half melted or you have to eat it while you wait for your food to come out otherwise it will melt. You’d think they’d wait to make your ice cream order until your food order was ready. Last time ice cream got all over my car seat because...

Just FYI they raised their prices recently. An item that has been $7.01 for much of the year is now $7.12. And you know what I’m petty so I’m going to keep tracking this. Might as well.
