Dairy Queen (Treat)

This young man was splendid. He was working all alone though worked so hard.he made blizzard after blizzard all alone. I think you guys should hire more staff so you don’t not over work them. Though the staff you higher are amazing!!!! That boy better get a raise!!!

I just started going here after leaving my local DQ. This place is GREAT. Very clean and the soft serve is always super cold. The employees are clean, friendly, and make your ice cream perfectly! Like exactly how they look in the posters lol. My family is so happy we started going here.

I went to buy an New York cheesecake, and I told the person taking my order to make sure I got extra, cheesecake! that it didn't matter if I paid extra! This is the second time they haven't given me anything! Very disappointed.

Nice, clean and the workers are very friendly! Plus is their open late. Kind of smart since everything in town closes early.

Went through the drive thru and the lady taking my order kept on laughing and had to stop taking my order and a different lady came to take my order and the first lady was very unprofessional

Martell gave me great customer service and spoke to me respectfully

Their hours say they are open until 9:30pm. Tried to walk in at 8:30pm (their neon open signs were turned on). The door was locked and the employees just stared.

I have never had such a blatantly rude customer service experience. Hours listed online say close at 9:30. I wait behind two other cars at 8:55pm. Those two cars are served. As I pull up to the drive through window (because the doors to order inside were locked), a worker turns off the open sign and locks the window with a closed sign. I was making eye contact with them… and there were two cars behind me? I’m confused at even if the hours were not correct online, why would you not serve your remaining customers in line..? I live close, would frequent all of the time, now I’ll never go back. Very very poor experience.

B.S. Dairy Queen. It started earlier this summer when I paid top dollar for a freezer burned box of ice cream sandwiches. strike one. Second trip.the doors are locked whenever they want before they are closed and make you stand in the drive thru. Most DQ close at 10 but no. 8:05 doors locked. Strike 2. This time the Gangster Rap music blasting was strike 3. Bottom line the Crew sucks ,slow and lazy and don't care …. franchisee or corporate need to step in to protect their brand from this disaster store. And same pre written response every one gets. Baskin Robbins is looking good

Their hours are extremely weird and they lock the doors 10 minutes before they’re suppose to close so nobody can even go inside. They incredibly slow at the drive thru as if they’re stalling so they can close as soon as they can. They just shake their head when you go to the door even if it is before closing and won’t unlock it to let you come buy ice cream. This is how you lose customers and kill a location. This location used to be very good but recently went really down hill and it’s really disappointing.

Kind of disappointed in their hours. With summer baseball and they’re closing at 8:30 many nights! No more later evening runs for a treat. So went to Culver’s. Bummer. Cmon DQ let’s celebrate summer night treats a little later!!!🍦

Says you're supposed to be open till 9:30. p.m., thanks for closing right as I got it to the window at 9:00 p.m.Edit: Nah, Culver's is right down the street so I'll be there from now on. Maybe you should update your hours so they are accurate because it still says 9:30 and I see other people have had the same experience.
