So today at 8:30am the lady that gave me my order was so rude just because my car was a little distant from the window but it wasn’t too far to pass my order. I asked her if I did something to her cause we can get to the bottom right now. She said I was so far. Like that’s all it takes for service to be trash? Smh she almost ruined my morning and the crazy thing is my order was meant to be placed at a better location. I accidentally placed it here and will never come to this location for terrible service and coffee again

Food was good for dunkin and they did well. Service was a mess with multiple workers asking for the order repeatedly and ended up getting it wrong anyway. While waiting for our food and coffees, another customer had similar issues and we all ended up leaving with what we were given. Would stop at a different dunkin.

Today my grandma and I decided to go get some coffee at the Dunkin in the bp. My grandma has trouble with hearing and has to talk a little louder because of it. The two ladies that are always working yelled at her and told her she’s not being served because they thought she was rude.
The older lady with the wrinkles and the glitter makeup opens the drive through door and screams at her that she has a nasty personality and that she will not be served. My poor grandma got so upset because she has a hard time hearing and didn’t understand what she did wrong.
We contacted corporate because this has to stop. I’m currently reading all the reviews on how nasty this Dunkin worker treats their customers.
Let’s hope corporate takes this seriously because I am so disgusted with how my grandma was treated and she’s very upset.

Of course , not for them who want something’s for free in extra…..
To all who wants everything for free by paying some small amount for something and other things free, in service industry whoever works they can provide service but caution people “ they are not your servant” who is behind the counter…
To genuine ppl and customer must try the food and coffees.. everything is just so good and fresh always

There’s this one old wrinkly lady that always has a stank face, she literally can’t be asked for some extra napkins because her face changes, you need a new job old lady, clearly this whole customer service thing isn’t for you.

Pulled up to the drive food to order something at 10am and was greeted by the rudest person. Maybe a career choice outside of speaking to people would be a better direction for you? I pulled away and didn't order anything after the way I was spoken to.

The two women who typically work at this location are extremely rude. When asking for simple things, they give back attitude instantly. If it wasn’t for the convenient location, I would not give them any business!

I went through the drive thru at 8:15 on 5/14/2024 and ordered a grilled cheese with bacon sandwich that cost $6.02. I was given a cold grilled cheese sandwich with no bacon in a box with a large stack of napkins and no receipt. I was at the window for about 5 minutes and thought I must be getting a fresh sandwich. I needed to head off to work so I didn’t bother to check the sandwich and didn’t fuss over a receipt. The sandwich nor service was worth the time or cost.

Came through the drive through. Used 500 rewards points to order a hot coffee. Got to the window and was told I couldn’t order that and it had to be a cold brew. No solution was offered. I was denied my coffee and ended up losing my 500 points. This is why I rarely go to Dunkin’ nowadays. They don’t care about customer service and it shows.
