It’s crazy I just tried to call like 5 times no answer my hashbrowns are solid rock my bagel was burnt on top of the fact they charge the espresso shots I have no prob paying for but not applied into my coffee my coffee is straight SUGAR . Lady at drive thru is so rude. She made my drink iced when I asked for hot. She was arguing that I asked for iced when I didn’t. She re made it wrong. She added vanilla shots on a pumpkin spiced latte I have no words If you don’t want to make drinks the right then don’t work at Dunkin’

I’ve been going to this Dunkin’ for a while. And I’ve seen many changes with employees, and the service continue to decline. They are rude, and unfortunately don’t pay attention well to orders. I ordered a Dunkin Energy. Light ice. My cup was filled with ice to the brim! It’s like they added extra ice on purpose! Other times I’ve came in and do the same thing. But I will definitely not be visiting this location as my first option anymore.

Coffee is good but very rude people that work there. Seems the trend at DD. Couldn’t even call my name to let me know my coffee is ready so I just stand there staring at them for 5 min till I just took one. Luckily it was mine.

I think I’m giving up on this location. Every time I have come here something is wrong. I have tried ordering ahead of time and am told to pull off to the side to wait for several more minutes. I have waited at the drive through screen and have gone unnoticed. I have been in during slower hours to see that the staff is scrambling with nobody inside. Management needs to step in and address these issues.

Ordered 10 munchkins and an ice water… 11.99. Got our order, no receipt, realized just b4 pulling away. She was GONE. Now it’s the principle of the thing. Finally, came out of hiding. I politely asked for a receipt…. Can u believe she could not find it or reprint… waited for 10 minutes 😆😆 oh she found it… stared at it for 3 minutes… mmmm sir I accidentally overcharged you.. no kidding…..

I had a great experience at this Dunkin’! The staff was super friendly—especially the woman at the counter, she was so kind and welcoming. The food and coffee were really good too. Definitely one of the nicest Dunkin’ locations I’ve visited!

Stopped by before work for my iced coffee and a long john. You cant mess up a long john thankfully but my drink was jacked up. Asked for caramel and there was no caramel in it, tastes so bland. Tried calling to let them know and to see if i could get a replacement drink. CALLED 4 TIMES and NO ANSWER. Unexcusable!! I work in fast food and would never not answer the phone. This location needs to better train their people.

So disappointed. I ordered 2 pumpkin hot lattes and a regular hot latte - all mediums. The woman made them smalls and I corrected her. She added more steamed milk to make them mediums. There was no coffee flavor, just warm milk.

So today at 8:30am the lady that gave me my order was so rude just because my car was a little distant from the window but it wasn’t too far to pass my order. I asked her if I did something to her cause we can get to the bottom right now. She said I was so far. Like that’s all it takes for service to be trash? Smh she almost ruined my morning and the crazy thing is my order was meant to be placed at a better location. I accidentally placed it here and will never come to this location for terrible service and coffee again

Food was good for dunkin and they did well. Service was a mess with multiple workers asking for the order repeatedly and ended up getting it wrong anyway. While waiting for our food and coffees, another customer had similar issues and we all ended up leaving with what we were given. Would stop at a different dunkin.
