I find myself spending more at Life Cafe monthly than I do on a gym membership for three. This is obviously a tried and true strategy by LifeTime. Overall, the food and protein shakes are really good, although I've started making protein shakes at home more often to cut back on the $11 per shake expense.
After a workout or for a healthy meal replacement stop in here! They have everything from protein bars, smoothies, pizza, chicken salad, protein meals to go with boiled eggs etc. if you have the lifetime app you can pre order and skip the wait. My favorite go to is the Mocha Madness. I sub Water due to lactose intolerance. Man it is better than Starbucks Frappuccino. And you get the protein boost! Give it a try!
