Went for a birthday party on Sunday afternoon. All the fathers were hoping to watch football. No football on the tvs. Told not working and not going to work. We ended up going across the street. They lost out on at least $500 on drinks and more on food.

I hosted a last-minute surprise gathering for my husband and reserved a couple of lanes for the afternoon. I came a few hours early to make sure everything was good and talked to Sam. He was very helpful getting everything set up so the event ran smoothly. Kudos to Sam and Cheyenne for going above and beyond to make sure things worked out for our group, including making adjustments when some of our bowlers didn’t make it. Jennifer (thank you sooo much) our bartender and server, kept everyone taken care of all afternoon. Raya helped troubleshoot when our lane was acting up. The food was very good. My only complaint was that our lanes (1-3) kept jamming periodically, which interrupted play a bit. Overall, I highly recommend!

The green beans and brussel sprouts could be a little softer, we were served buffet style. The loaded mashed potatoes were yummy.
I was there for a work event, it was scheduled for 6-9pm.... They shut it down at 1005pm !
We had an unlimited arcade card, and they also have everyone a $20 cash card. My only regret was not using all the $20 on the photo booth before shutting everything down at 1005pm.
It was fun, first timer & I'd def come back!
The gravity maze was fun, I still don't know how I got my partner to get up there with me but he did. Have a couple of drinks.... Super fun !

I came here as a guest of someone who was hosting his daughter’s 13th. Bowling is the worst part of their offerings. Their lanes don’t work and they are very understaffed so we had a lot of wait for someone to come and fix few times. In the end it became irritating and we decided to just leave. They tried to offer more $$ on arcade game card. My rating is not a reflection of the staff attitude and their help, they were very good but they couldn’t do much to faulty machines
I used my game card to play but those games were not working. But i was charged on my game card. They had not so many games to play. Game area was totally empty. I found nobody was there. I would recommend to Hoffmann estate main event location.

About half of the arcade machines are broken or do not work the way they should. Even when I told staff they said they would let someone know and did nothing. Then I made my own signs saying the machines were broken to save people money and they took them down and still did nothing. Seems like they have no problem taking your money and then they don’t fix the problem.
