Very expensive, estimate wait times to bowl are not even remotely close. If the staff says there's an hour wait plan on waiting 3hrs. Lots of technical issues with lanes. Everything is overpriced.

This place has become a total ripoff $3 for a plastic card activation, they lost my business and won't come back, will go to chuckie cheese.. the workers smell like pot smoke and are very rude, I went to the front desk to ask a question and not a hello or how can I you, even after I said hello, really awkward. I asked the manager about the $3 fee and she was very rude with making snide remarks about it’s always been that way, I have been going there for 15 years..
Overall embarrassing to be here with my kids, this was a good place to come too, but obviously they hate customers and treated very poorly.

Went for a birthday party on Sunday afternoon. All the fathers were hoping to watch football. No football on the tvs. Told not working and not going to work. We ended up going across the street. They lost out on at least $500 on drinks and more on food.

I hosted a last-minute surprise gathering for my husband and reserved a couple of lanes for the afternoon. I came a few hours early to make sure everything was good and talked to Sam. He was very helpful getting everything set up so the event ran smoothly. Kudos to Sam and Cheyenne for going above and beyond to make sure things worked out for our group, including making adjustments when some of our bowlers didn’t make it. Jennifer (thank you sooo much) our bartender and server, kept everyone taken care of all afternoon. Raya helped troubleshoot when our lane was acting up. The food was very good. My only complaint was that our lanes (1-3) kept jamming periodically, which interrupted play a bit. Overall, I highly recommend!
