Weekday get together with colleagues is usually fun - less crowd and we get to talk to each other a lot! So was the case here - however, online booking showed us that there was two lanes free - but in reality, most of the lanes were unoccupied. There was hardly any crowd around. So we checked for some food and drinks - this is where we had the maximum problems. For sparsely populated place - the service was horrific. Taking in orders and serving was taking such a long time. They lost some revenue for sure - as we could not order more and waited on for the previous order. Our experience of bowling with colleagues was great - but service was pathetic !!

Bathrooms very nasty, food 4/10. More than half the games didn’t work. They said they were closing at 8pm due to a booked party but closed everything closer to 6pm without warning. ‼️ they only warned of the kitchen being closed. Couldn’t redeem tickets from games without warning. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.

What a joke of a place!! Detailed experience below for the marketing department to digest. For prospective customers, spend your money and direct your entertainment desires elsewhere or simply expect to be disappointed.First time here for 4 adults on a Friday night. Went to bowl, no lanes available as only 4 were operational. Moved on to air hockey - 2 of the 4 tables didn’t have pucks! Table let us continue swiping the card, so had to find someone to ask for help and refund. Got a refund to the card at the front desk but the worker who was going to go get a puck never came back. Moved on to skeeball - machines in sad shape. only 2 of 6 machines had lights on, 1 of them didn’t have any balls and the other only had 1 ball. Asked a worker for help, said she would get balls but never came back. Had to ask for a refund to the card, again. Back to air hockey, one of the tables with a puck opened up. Couldn’t finish a game without the puck getting stuck in the machine. worker had to help by opening the machine. Puck stuck again. Disappointed…. Waste of time trying to enjoy ourselves at a venue where there is clearly no interest in maintaining the equipment.Lots of workers on duty…. no one genuinely interested in helping customers, particularly with so many faulty machines.Won’t return. Disappointing.

We had my son's birthday party here. We did bowling, pizza and arcade games. We had a party of about 20 or so kids. This could have easily been better if the girl who assisted with our party was helpful. You could tell she was super annoyed dealing with 20 1st graders. The children had no direction and if some of the parents didn't stay to help the party would have been a bust. We were so confused on what to do when. Then the girl tells me that if I'm not out of the room in 10 min I would be charged a fee. How was I supposed to know this I figured the kids coats and the presents could stay in the room. I couldn't find a rolling cart and I was told to just "look around" for one. Overall tho if we had a better party host this could have been great.I would come back for a outing for the kids but I would be hesitant to plan another party there.

Would be great if they could be a more allergy friendly especially because they have so many children’s party’s. Over the years many friend birthday parties have been at this establishment, and they still do not have allergy friendly pizza (egg specifically) food for kids.

Bday event went alright. Just games can be a little expensive for young kiddos. And they aren’t aware of the cost… so go unlimited if you can. Laser tag was cool m

So, a few of the games didn't work, but the staff was extremely accommodating in refunding tokens back to our card. Other than that, it was a good experience.

First and foremost, No gluten free options listed on the menu. What if you took a Dave and Busters, scratched the serial numbers off, and then made it -more- soulless? That's what Main Event is. Soulless. The arcade is -deafening loud-, bring noise canceling headphones or earplugs.90% of the arcade is ticket games, 0 fighting games (No, the gacha/card Injustice game DOES NOT COUNT!) and all of the games have a lock out timer on how many continues you can use. So even if you have an unlimited card, you cannot beat any of the games.Absolutely rancid vibes all around.

So many issues has lead me to write a review. We were there Saturday April 6thFriend cut his hand and was bleeding in laser tag, he asked the attendant for a bandaid and instead he pointed out the door and told my friend there's napkins on the tables out thereTerrible service for a very large private party. My brother paid over $2000 for his birthday party. We kept going behind the bar upstairs to get our own drinks since nobody was there to assist us. At one point a girl, not even our server, was sitting at the bar on her phone. I got myself some water, she asked if I needed help I said no we all are doing this since no one is here. She continued to sit.Bathrooms were a mess with toilet paper all over the floor and soap dispenser covers on the sink.Water glasses and water dispenser were empty at the water station.Bowling pin they give you as a souvenir, was smearing the signatures, shiny plastic and Marker not a great combo.Supposedly, bowling shoes were "complimentary" for our package yet almost half of everybody bowling didn't even have bowling shoes on! And when I asked the front desk they said bowling shoes were not necessary. So then what exactly were we getting for free? I've never heard of a place saying shoes were optionalFor what my brother paid for his birthday party he was disappointed with not having attentive staff. Although you seemed overstaffed with groups of people at the desk at all times, standing around talking. Seems like nobody had a set task as to make sure the bathrooms were clean and stocked or the water station was full and ready or that party's that paid a bunch had their food trays restocked and someone at the bar to serve beverages ....Overstaffed and undertrained
