Horrible rude woman at the counter working today's shift 1:45 pm 10/25/24.

Will be calling this company's scam out on social media. ABC news as well as WGN aired your 60th anniversary special which apparently doesn't exist.

Love Rosati's, but the rude counter girl has stopped me from returning. She was really bad and management didn't stop her.

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery on November 17th and these are the pies I received. I called to notify them immediately and said what’s going on this looks like cracker dough and it’s inedible, it’s raw in the middle. Troy says “yeah it’s our dough, something is wrong with it”. So why sell it? Terrible. Also had to beg for a refund which wasn’t even the full amount for what I ordered. I’m an advocate of supporting small businesses in Warrenville but this business is off my list now.

their customer service is absolutely horrible. they’re all so mean and i had an employee genuinely question my competence on whether i was looking for actual pieces of garlic on my bread. the fact that she even had the audacity to suggest something so bizarre is just insane. she also proceeded to scream at and over me for the entire phone call when i was just trying to get my order fixed.

their customer service is atrocious, i had an employee scream at me and continuously talk over me because of THEIR mistake. they forgot to make my sandwich on garlic bread and they forgot to include the au jus sauce in my order and she started screaming at me about how i wasn’t getting a replacement and asked if i’ve ever worked in customer service, i told her i have which is why i know that’s NOT how you speak to a customer. she was extremely rude and the manager was not much better. she refused to let me speak to anybody else and told me her manager said they won’t do anything for me. she also refused to give me her name, though i know who she is (not that it’ll make a difference, they’re all the same there). this terrible girl gave me a panic attack considering she just kept screaming over me and making me uncomfortable.
