Every time I’m order food is coming cold and late all the time
The customer service at this location is terrible. On top of that I received a sandwich with parchment paper embedded in it.
I used to think this was the best Rosati's, but unfortunately the quality has noticeably gone down. I came back several times thinking it was a fluke, but it's just not the same as it was. Haven't been back in a while.

Horrible rude woman at the counter working today's shift 1:45 pm 10/25/24.
Will be calling this company's scam out on social media. ABC news as well as WGN aired your 60th anniversary special which apparently doesn't exist.
Love Rosati's, but the rude counter girl has stopped me from returning. She was really bad and management didn't stop her.

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery on November 17th and these are the pies I received. I called to notify them immediately and said what’s going on this looks like cracker dough and it’s inedible, it’s raw in the middle. Troy says “yeah it’s our dough, something is wrong with it”. So why sell it? Terrible. Also had to beg for a refund which wasn’t even the full amount for what I ordered. I’m an advocate of supporting small businesses in Warrenville but this business is off my list now.
