Starbucks

My order was 20 minutes late and both baristas were very unapologetic and rude about me asking about my order.. It was Dec 31 at 9:30 am. Such a sad way to start my last day of 2025 especially when I have been a customer for so long and wanted to treat myself to something nice.

The last time I was there they wouldn't take cash . This time I went there and the sign on the door said sorry we closed at 1 . SMH . CLOSE THIS LOCATION BECAUSE IT SUCKS !!!!!

Staff is super slow, doesn’t acknowledge anyone. Look today at 10 a. 9 minute wait, 6 of us in line and three waiting for drinks. Never once said hi, wait hold on we will be right with you. 3 parties left. Place is a disaster

The manager, Joe gets an A+ in customer service!

Every time I walk into the store, he has a big smile on his face. He’s so welcoming and friendly. He always has something nice to say to me. He makes me want to keep coming back for coffee.

All of the staff is very nice and friendly. The store is clean, the coffee is great, of course and I love looking at the display of products. It’s always an awesome display!

This is my go-to place for great coffee, great customer service and a place to feel welcome.

I ordered my drink 20 minutes before going, and when I arrived they still made me wait 10 more minutes!

I am writing this review to personally thank Luci who has served me at the window? At least three times she is very pleasant, welcoming. If you're having a bad day, Lucis smile will cheer you up. always makes me happier to have talked to her.

I’ve lived in this country for 10 years and had Starbucks in at least 11 states—Nina is by far the nicest barista I’ve ever met. What a wonderful lady.

This location is a hidden gem, and I will go out of my way to visit to avoid the normalized hectic busyness of other nearby locations. The staff are always genuinely friendly.

Update 6-2025. Very friendly partners. Manager is one of the best I have ever had interaction with. Clean store. Great drinks! Great job of keeping up with a busy lines. Regardless of how busy they may be, the drinks are always made fast, fresh and correct. One of the better stores I have been in during my 19 years of stopping In a Starbucks across the country!
