So we been here 3 times and the last 2 times the food was amazing and the service was great. But today was a different story. I am very disappointed and will not be coming back. So my husband and I planned a date night. We came to twin peaks for dinner and one the service took forever, it was a little busy but not super busy. We ordered the apps and it was a okay, my husband said that the Buffalo tenders didn’t taste good and they felt a little slimy/chewy (maybe not cooked). So we order our food and it took a long but that was okay. I wanted a water our waitress was nowhere to be found. The food comes and my fish looks burnt, I took a bite and yes the skin was burnt the fish was dry and salty. She asked me if I wanted something else, I said yes can I have the salmon, so they took it back and are making the salmon for me. My husband finished his food at this point. My salmon comes out. Great I was happy, I took a bite and it was great and as soon as I get to the middle it’s uncooked! I was so upset. (Not only did I trust the chef that they will do it right, but I’m pregnant so I can’t eat uncooked food) I told our waitress, she showed it to them and they confirm that it was uncooked. I understand that things happen but 2 times to the same person!!! Yeah no thanks, we are not coming back. Yes I didn’t have to pay for my food but still a lot of money for paying for my husbands food, his beer, my soda and the app that we got, it was over $50. This was our favorite place, but not anymore.
