The beer is great, the food is good, but kinda expensive, and the booths are TERRIBLE. The seats are worn out, saggy, uncomfortable, and uneven. We mentioned it to our server and she said many others have complained and they have let the owners know, but they don't want to replace them.

After I took a sip of my drink I noticed they gave me a dirty glass with lipstick all over it. After talking about it with my boyfriend we were grossed out and wanted to leave, he didn’t even take a sip of his beer. After telling the waitress that we wanted to leave, she informed us that we still had to pay for the untouched beer. We were told by the manager working the bar that “just because you were grossed out it doesn’t absolve you from paying for the beer”. I know that they don’t care that they’re losing customers, but we’ve been going here monthly for almost two years and it’s upsetting that we were treated like this by one of our favorite places. I’ve been trying to call to speak to a manager but every time I’m told that they’ve left for the day…

The beer is great. The shrimp po boy had 5 small pieces of shrimp for $18. Head to Mariano’s and buy a $10 pack of cooked butter scampi jumbo shrimp and get 35 pieces. A waste of money on food. But the beer is great.

Stopped by for a quick dinner New years Eve. The place was almost empty. There was plenty of staff around with no one to serve. As always, our food was excellent, and the beer tasted great. We have always had good service here, but not this last time. I had to go up to the bar 3 times to get items our server was supposed to get for us. Nothing out of the ordinary. Refill on water, an extra plate, a missing side sauce. We love this restaurant and highly recommend it, just be careful of your server!

Vegetarian options: They do indicate a couple of vegetarian options on the menu.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Including a side area with pinball machines and other games

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Interesting atmosphere however the waitress (Carrey) was GREAT. She knew her beers like the back of her hand, she was very friendly and outgoing. I will be back for the beer and hopefully Carrey will be there.

Great beer, great bartender... I think his name was Brock. Super helpful and fantastic service. Domaine Dupage-delicious as always; Atom Smasher-love a good Oktoberfest; Slow Pour Pilsner was not bad; Shark something IPA was not my favorite. I didn't love the hop variety flavor/aroma. Food wise I just had appetizers: cheese curds were good... And the pretzels were very good. Overall very good experience. Will be back for sure.

Food was great, beer was good and our server was good.

Unfortunately we were kept waiting for 45 minutes with no explanation. More than half of the tables were empty and only two parties were seated during the entire time we waited. The hostess was nice and must have been instructed not to seat anyone because of short staffing or some other unknown reason. Management was nowhere to be found and there was no acknowledgement or apology for the delay. Several tables sat dirty while we ate. All of the staff seemed really unhappy with how things were running. Not sure I will return.

We have been regulars for nearly 10 years. In fact, before the Pandemic, we ate here 3 to 4 times a month. We would often take out of town guests here. There was always a certain spark back in the day....super scratch made food, servers that were cool and knew their beers and above all, an ambiance of employees who enjoyed their work and customers.

For 6 months we've repeatedly tried to give this place another shot with hopes of it reviving itself. The food has frankly been hit or miss. Not to mention the increase in prices and pitifully small portioned hordeurvres. Today however, was the last straw and you finally lost us.

Today we had a server that not only had long filthy finger nails, but zero knowledge of how to serve and clear. In fact, the clearing part never happened at our table. And when other guests left, their plates remained while he returned to a booth to sit and look at his phone. I tried twice to get a clean/dry glass without greasy fingerprints and finally gave up. Our hordeurvres (the few that were actually on the plate) had spent too much time in the fryer and we waited 30 minutes for our food despite the restaurant being nearly empty. We had to ask what was up with our order....he was off on his phone. The food was cold when it finally arrived.

All in all, this is just sad. The old employees felt like friends and went out of their way. It was really fun and there were protocols being followed. I never remember a past time when what a server was wearing or that their hair was unkempt was ever something that stood out. However, can we talk about presentation and clothing choices? Comfortable is one thing, but wearing rumpled loungewear and ill fitting yoga pants doesn't make for a very hygienic impression on customers.

It's all disappointing, because this used to be such a fun place for our family to end our week.

Sampled several of their beers at the Taste of the Midwest Festival, and all I can say is wow. Friendly folks and even better beer!

The place is very clean and welcoming the moment you step in the restaurant.
I have always seen this location driving by but never got to stop by and eat. Let me just say that this is a hidden gem that should be experienced by everyone . The artwork and atmosphere is perfect to stop and eat.
Based on some other reviews, this place used to be cheaper and had a lot more visitors.
If that is the case I hope it recovers and goes back to that state.

Was really hard to find this place even with google maps. The building's exterior does not look like a tavern house at all and we were worried we drove into an office space.Otherwise, the place was incredoble. Food was great but the cheese curd appetizer was especially the highlight. One of the best dipping sauces I had. Cheese curds are a must try here.Waitress was very kind and helpful with understanding the beer menu. All this plus the dedicated pinball area makes this place a great hang out. Now if only the exterior matched how fun and lively the interior was.

Parking: Parking will be out front of the giant white building. If you see the two brothers logo on the front door (its a single door), you're at the right spot.

Saturday brunch out here!! It was a fair bit of travel to this place - within the industrial area too!! But I was glad I could make it to this place! Quaint little place this - with all the bells and whistles of a place serving craft beers! As it was afternoon - it was lightly populated, but I am sure it gets rowdy as the night progresses ? They were playing some good rock / alternative music and making the place pretty lively! The beers were good - I like Hefe kinda and was recommended with a pilsner. Pilsner served was served with quite a head! It was good though and that was my choice for the day. I did pick few 4-packs and they were all dark ales! Pretty high on alcohol levels ?It is a bit off kind of a place from a location perspective- but a must visit if you are in the vicinity ?
