Large portions and delicious food. It’s not service at the table kind of dining but we had a lovely dinner in a cute atmosphere and the staff were friendly. Prices were good for portion size. The meat marinara was absolutely delicious and the lasagna could serve 2 people easy. We will be back!! I didn’t realize there was Greek food too so we will try that next! So I had an interesting experience lol. I ordered through Uber Eats, and as I put through the order, it said that it would be delivered through their own delivery driver. So I waited a while, and it would update me when it would be delivered through their own service. However, after about 45-50 mins, I kind of just waited as I was I very patient because I did order quite a bit of food (I think) so I decided to give it about 15-20 more mins. Looking at the app, it said it should be on the way. I just wanted an update at that point.
I called and wasn’t at all angry, just wanted to know if they received it. Was informed it was actually delivered and someone tried to call. Which to me is surprising, since my ringer was on full volume (due to me training seasonals and I always like to be readily available) therefore, I found it hard to believe someone called me during delivery. However, I stayed calm, sustained my positioned of having never anything (food or phone call), remained kind, and they were EXTREMELY APOLOGETIC AND SO KIND throughout my experience! Without hesitation? They said they were already working on my replacement order and it would be delivered within the hour. I kept saying how awful I felt but they took full responsibility. Obviously I never expect anything less from a wonderful business so I’m beyond impressed and grateful. And when I did received the order, I wish I had extra cash to tip the delivery driver! But I’m going to call tomorrow to add an extra tip no matter what they say lol. He was very sweet. Thank you guys so much! The food is absolutely AMAZING AND WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!!!!!! Holy crap.
We ordered by phone and the worker was pleasant and helpful. The pizza was outstanding. Our local favorite. Highly recommend. Our children loved it. Bought a 18” pizza and it came with the free 10” pizza. Thanks Joseph’s!

I order tonight with Alex and she was absolutely delightful, extremely professional, and provided outstanding customer service. Review is for Niko's, who resides in the same space. Tried Niko's for the first time since seeing the pics of food on Facebook. Food was good, a bit on the pricey side, but seemed to make up for in portion size. Staff was very polite and welcoming, but it took a while for the food to come out of kitchen. We weren't in too big of a hurry so it didn't bother us too much. Overall the food and service was good and we'd eat there again.
