Church’s chicken was delicious! I loved the biscuit that came with our meal! The establishment was very clean and well kept! Monica was absolutely amazing and so hospitable! We were in search of a restroom for my small child to use and even though they weren’t open in the lobby yet, Monica graciously allowed us to come in and use the restroom! This is the 1# churches. The chicken is always hot and fresh, and the customer service is elite. The lady who runs the daytime shift runs a tight shift And her communication skills between her and the other team members are Outstanding. A lot of restaurants can learn from her, I don’t know her name, but I hope they never lose her and she definitely needs a raise + bonus 💰🏆🥇🍗🍗🍗🍗🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Amazing customer service. I have yet to find any good customer service at any church’s chicken. I actually stopped expecting it. However today was direct. This was the first time at this location as it was in route on our way home from church. There was a TON of customers in the drive through with more inside and the THREE workers (yes only 3- 1 in drive through, front counter and cook) handled them all efficiently and with a smile!! Great job!! These things (and people) deserve...
