Food portions and prices are great. But the chicken was bland. Customer service was OK. You could tell they only want the money from the customers but not to happy to service the customer.

The chicken is good but they didn't givee what I order .my order was Hot wings.they gave me just fried wing regular.Bit not fuss..was hungry.Thanl you .

Got the gizzards & ? plate shrimp ? were way over cooked I believe that they are using cooked ? out of a bag & battering them. My son wanted this but I wouldn't eat unless it was the very last place one

The customer service was impeccable. I met Doc today. He is extremely kind. His energy radiates goodness. The food was hot and good. Our portions were more than enough! I'm new to the area and it was nice to meet someone soo friendly and welcoming. He shared with me valuable tips regarding business. I got a feeling that he's a fountain of wisdom. Priceless experience and tantalizing food!!

You gotta pay the guy and wait a long time in your car. Its east st Louis lots of bums out there. But that food is so good it's worth it. The food is amazing. Its literally the only place we ever buy food anywhere around at Louis. Try the Phillies
