Got the gizzards & ? plate shrimp ? were way over cooked I believe that they are using cooked ? out of a bag & battering them. My son wanted this but I wouldn't eat unless it was the very last place one

The customer service was impeccable. I met Doc today. He is extremely kind. His energy radiates goodness. The food was hot and good. Our portions were more than enough! I'm new to the area and it was nice to meet someone soo friendly and welcoming. He shared with me valuable tips regarding business. I got a feeling that he's a fountain of wisdom. Priceless experience and tantalizing food!!

You gotta pay the guy and wait a long time in your car. Its east st Louis lots of bums out there. But that food is so good it's worth it. The food is amazing. Its literally the only place we ever buy food anywhere around at Louis. Try the Phillies

the old man isnt friendly portion sizes have gotten smaller dont expect more then 3 ketchup packets they wont give u any more
Placed an order over the phone. Was told 15 minutes. I get there in 20 my food is not ready. They got my name completely wrong( which is fine). Still the same order but it wasn't ready. 40 minutes it took. And the guy complaining about you told me wrong name. Like that's not even the issue. Told me to leave and my food wasn't even all there. Asked for the gizzards I paid for already. And i get told never come back. Wow all because they didn't have my order ready in time. An hour lunch break and 40 of it waiting. Terrible customer service.
