I ordered number 4 burger with combo I only got my drink I didn’t get any fries and other then that I got japelno peppers which I love but I asked for Mac and cheese I never got it I payed 17.76$ it’s just horrible it’s the 3 time I went there where I payed for my food and didn’t have of them I’m sorry never again!!!!!! 😡

Absolutely LOVE how I can hear employees dropping loud F bombs from the back while at the drive thru window. Very, very rude and so unprofessional. Guy at the window completely ignored me while I waited to pay for my food and didnt pay any attention to till my food was ready and had waited over 10 minutes while waiting to be waited on. Love coming here, but do better with employees please. No customer should be able to hear F bombs coming from the back of the kitchen while waiting to get their food....

Everything was good. Fries were hot and good. However, I'm going to a 4 star because the store in the cooking area was a mess. Needed attention in a big way. The picture does not show all of it. This will give you an idea. This is my only complaint if you would consider it a complaint.
only one complaint. and it's minor. if I want to order a large specialty drink, I should be able to pay extra to get it. You're already overcharging in my opinion for the specialty drink, so at least let me get a large one if I want one.

got home didn't get au jus for my french dip called asking if it still came with it and just employee told me he bagged it up and forgot to hand it to me. but didn't offer to do anything just apologized didn't even eat the dry sandwich. literally went to this arby's hoping it would be better then my hometowns

The brunette girl working drive thru has no manners.. no pleasant greeting, every single time I order there I ask for honey mustard to dip my fries in, I get home and find an unfreakk fing believable amount of horsey sauce and Arby's sauce, which I never mentioned once Any of the time I order there
