Everything was good. Fries were hot and good. However, I'm going to a 4 star because the store in the cooking area was a mess. Needed attention in a big way. The picture does not show all of it. This will give you an idea. This is my only complaint if you would consider it a complaint.
only one complaint. and it's minor. if I want to order a large specialty drink, I should be able to pay extra to get it. You're already overcharging in my opinion for the specialty drink, so at least let me get a large one if I want one.

got home didn't get au jus for my french dip called asking if it still came with it and just employee told me he bagged it up and forgot to hand it to me. but didn't offer to do anything just apologized didn't even eat the dry sandwich. literally went to this arby's hoping it would be better then my hometowns

The brunette girl working drive thru has no manners.. no pleasant greeting, every single time I order there I ask for honey mustard to dip my fries in, I get home and find an unfreakk fing believable amount of horsey sauce and Arby's sauce, which I never mentioned once Any of the time I order there

I have come thru the drive thru a couple of times recently. Myah has never, not once, said thank you. I have been in retail over 50 years and if she worked for me, she wouldn't have a job long. Extremely rude.

This Arby’s is a great location and conveniently located inside and shares a space with Circle K gas station in the sunny land plaza area which attracts a lot of people. The drive thru workers are always kind and I have never received bad service! It has become an easy late dinner option which is a nice place to have!
Vegetarian options: No vegetarian options
Dietary restrictions: This is fast food so not dietary restriction helpful
Parking: Free parking lot shared with gas station so when busy can be hard to find parking
Kid-friendliness: No kids play area but do have kids meals
Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair handicap accessible parking and no stairs
