I ordered beef fried rice with $2 extra beef. I think they forgot to add extra beef because there was 1/4 cup of small pieces of beef.

The total came out to $15 something and I picked up and didn’t tip (only tip after I’ve gone second time in case it’s bad)

The meal was a couple cups of rice and 1/4 cup meat. Couldn’t have been more than $2 max to make without labor.

I usually expect scrabbled eggs mixed in too but maybe that’s other restaurants.

I wish I took pictures but i was too busy working. Like I said maybe they forgot to add the beef and I’m willing to change my review if they invited me back to make amends.

Food here is decent, 3/5, service is absolutely awful 0/5. When you call the person that answers has a horrible connection, hard to hear but took our order and said 20-30 minutes for it to be ready. I arrived at the 30 minute mark and stood there in a lobby with many other people. They simply ignore you as you wait in the lobby, there is no dedicated person at the desk. 20 minutes after standing there being ignored they took my payment. Finally 70 minutes after placing the order I was given my food. I have been here 3 times and it’s always this way. I will never be back, fix your customer service and time estimates, your business needs a complete makeover, feel free to change your name to Sad Garden.

Low key Chicago foodie here!!! Being from Chicago, and having the diverse food scene as we do my standards are very high. I ordered the Pad woon sen it was FANTASTIC!!! The veggies were fresh and crispy. And they made it spicy for me not a dumb down spice either. It was a true spice ( I could have handled more but it was great. Did I mention the veggies were fresh and fantastic and crispy. My protein was chicken. They were about to close and i watched them washing down the stainless steel walls at the end of the day with the fresh smell of that good resturant quality professional kitchen Clorox. They were soaping the walls down!!! I’ll be back

I am so sorry to have to write this review but the food is just awful. We have eaten at this restaurant for YEARS, and we were always super pleased with how fresh and hot everything was. The food was always excellent. But in my opinion, the food quality has taken a nosedive since the restaurant changed hands and is under new ownership. We got a Hunan Beef entree tonight and it was the next thing to inedible and had almost no meat. And the meat that was in the dish was unlike anything I've ever had in a Chinese/Asian food dish. It was tough and awful, and I have no idea what it really even was. We will not be back. This place has been a highly successful restaurant for many years, and it's very sad to see it go downhill like this!
