We waited for 50 minutes for food! Would never have came if we knew it’d take that long but once you pay, you don’t want to walk out. Very disappointing.

Not sure what has changed, but the quality seems to be slipping lately. I used to never look at the food when I picked it up, but now I have make sure nothing is missing and if I got the right items. Today we got 2 double pub burgers. Both buns didn't taste fresh, the meat was overcooked and barely any lettuce (wish they used lettuce leaves instead of the cheap chopped stuff). One of them was missing a patty and had no tomato or pickle. One of the worst burgers I have had in quite a while. Started out so good when they opened, but seems to have gone downhill lately. Not sure if I will be in a hurry to go back at this point.

Worst service imaginable. My wife waited in the drive thru line for over 45 minutes. Absolutely pathetic for fast food. This place makes McDonald’s look like a 5 star fast food place. Something needs to change. It’s consistently slow service….

I just left this horrible establishment, I can’t believe with the odor coming from some of the employees this establishment even opened its doors today they need to add one of those science class showers in the break rooms, Less then 2 years open and already nothing compared to East Peoria Burger King if you want a real meal go there but by all means waste your money in this Wisconsin based company. Never again.

I ordered a Culver’s Custard Sundae with sliced pecans but the young man at the register did not seem to understand me, he seemed to be very out of it. He emitted a foul odor as I spoke to him as well. I remember the Peanut Parlor gave me a large sundae for some pocket change in the good old days. My pecans were also not sliced like I asked.
I really don't want to be a jerk. I've worked service industry most of my life but I sat there and waited for 10 minutes for a simple cheeseburger. Nothing on it while people came in and went. Several orders have been missed and maybe it was the changing of the guard but when I pointed out that I've been standing there for like 10 minutes waiting for my food. They just said sorry and here is your cold food. Not the general experience I would expect.

The only thing I think that could have been better with our experience is the wait at the cashier/counter. There was a lengthy line, and there were others on staff that could have helped. This would have sped things up a little. The young lady who was taking orders did her best and was very professional and kind.
