The only thing I think that could have been better with our experience is the wait at the cashier/counter. There was a lengthy line, and there were others on staff that could have helped. This would have sped things up a little. The young lady who was taking orders did her best and was very professional and kind.

First time to a Culver's! It's my new favorite burger ? I had the mushroom and Swiss. The small fry was a perfect size. I'm already planning on going back to get a chocolate malt ? PS I have gone back for the chocolate malt, more than once haha. Loved!!!

Ordered online but still waited 30 minutes in the curbside pickup, only to receive a concrete mixer so melted they gave me a straw instead of a spoon. This isn't the first time this has happened either.
excited to see a culvers after I moved here. was really disappointed. def not the standards I'm used to from my home state culvers. and the burger in photo was a deluxe lol.

I bought a deluxe and they forgot the tomatoes. I paid for medium and got a small basket. Burger was pretty greasy. I recommend the mushroom & Swiss and the pot roast sandwich. What is Gulab jamun? I’ll google it.
