Ordered mint Oreo blizzard they forgot the mint caught the mistake then added it in but not throughout the whole blizzard only on the top. Forgot the hot fudge on another blizzard. For 18 dollars worth of ice cream the order should be right.

One of the best fast food restaurants i’ve been to in my life! The workers are so nice and always make you laugh when you walk in! The food was absolutely amazing. 4/5 for sure.

Very rude workers this shift. Went between 12 and 1 today. We had to shift our order around because they were so rude to not just get to the point of what the heck we wanted. Got at the window. Still rude, very short and seemed annoyed they had to work on a rainy Wednesday. Never experienced this before. But, there's a select few people that are just annoyed they have to serve or see people. I'm never going back and will try to just go to the East Peoria location. It's pretty bad when I'm just uncomfortable to go to a certain location. They apparently need more costumer training or something. It literally altered my whole day. They clearly need new or improved training to deal with any costumer service.

They never listen to your order properly like extra peanuts… then of course charge you…

I’ve never had a bad experience at this location from any of the staff and the place is fairly clean! My food could have been warmer the couple times I’ve went but other than that it’s an easy go to place for lunch which provides a lot of space for parking and the staff are friendly! Easy access and not long wait times for your food while inside for eating or drive thru. Will be back to this location again! Their ice cream is always so fresh and the best!
