Well, I had my first very disappointing experience with this location. Have mostly always had good service at this location, but not this evening. Ordered one large pizza at 6:26pm. Said 45min wait. Okay, it’s a Friday night. No problem. At 7:30pm, finally ready. I drove up to pick it up, and sat in the drive thru pickup for 20min or so. I got to the window, and was told that they made it a thin instead of thick crust. Again, whatever. Just ready to eat at this point. Drive home, open it up, and the toppings are wrong on top of wrong crust! I’m sure someday I will return, but for now, it’s time to head across the street to Papa John’s!

I can't review the food, because an hour and 45 minutes after I ordered it, I called to find out it was just being put in the oven. The lady I talked to was rude and condescending. Absolutely inexcusable service. Will NEVER order from any Domino's again.

Food was ok, the issue was tracking said food would be ready in 15 minutes, I get there in about 20 minutes find out my order wasn't even started, the young girl told me another 10-15 minutes, the tracker then said order placed that's as far as it went, waited 17 minutes more, drove up to window ,I asked how come the tracker didn't alert me the young guy told me that they don't have Anything to do with tracker and if I wanted to, Call corporate, I'm done, need to have a better explanation and use customer service, Now days it's so easy just to say Not my fault, Call corporate,even if it's a franchise store, FIX IT 😠

I’m not going to make a bad review, but I usually order for delivery, my address is “out of area” but then it has a drop location .4 miles away by the square.

The general manager was so disrespectful. To not only us as customers, but also the employees. Whomever the district manager is they need to go check on this location. He was screaming at his employees. Also slamming pizza pans on the counter. Also argued with us because we left a review on the dominoes page. How he got this job is beyond me he does not need to be the face of any company. I will be contacting corporate Monday morning. I truly feel sorry for the employees at that store.
