This place is a joke! We waited in line for 45 minutes and couldn’t leave because of the drive through. When we finally got to the window it was another 18 minutes! Not a single employee spoke a word to us. No apology nothing. The facility was disgusting covered in garbage. It makes sense now why this store has so many negative reviews. It is appalling! And they were not understaffed. I will never be going there again. Whomever owns this location… it’s a failure! 🍩😤🗑️🤮
45 minute wait in the drive thru because they haven't opened their lobby after the Covid shutdown.
Not even the option to pick up "on the go" orders that were placed ahead of time.
I read on a different page that they were still operating even though they had an employee test positive too. I continue to go because I don't believe in rumors, but the wait time for drive thru seriously needs to be fixed! All I see are employees goofing off inside rather than trying to speed...read full review
