Nice workers, but extremely long wait times for a simple drink, even longer wait times for food compared to other Dunkin’s. I am also convinced that they just guess what you want instead of listening, because 9/10 times the order I get is atleast half wrong.. but I don’t have time to sit and wait for them to fix it at that point.

Kind of upset how every time i get coffee they never fill it up. Got a medium today, went to work for 30 minutes came back and after the creamer and all the foam from it had settled, it wasnt even halfway full.

All workers are always incredibly rude no matter what time of day we come here. I almost never have a good experience here. They tend to take their frustration at the drive thru line being backed up on their customers. And don’t bother coming in past 7:30 because no one will help you, they will sit in the back while you stand in the store or sit in the drive thru and wait for someone. I have also come in to a worker sitting in the common area with her boyfriend and even though i was standing at the counter ready to order she continued to sit there rather than do her job. Overall bad experiences all around, not just individual visits.

I asked for a large iced Carmel coffee with cream and hazelnut. I said caramel coffee 3 times and was still given the wrong coffee I also got a dozen donuts and they were all correct besides 3 but we’re all hard and stail . I went inside and spoke with Jen who then told me I ordered wrong and was very confrontational and when I told her I asked 3 times for a large iced caramel coffee with cream and hazelnut she was very dismissive. I called later today to speak to different supervisor about my experience her name was bre she refused to deal with my complaint stating she didn’t know how to deal with it and she didn’t want to take the complaint about her supervisor Jen and just rate them online yelp. I told her it was very unprofessional and wrong seeing how I’m paying customer with a complaint. Both are racist and very rude

I ordered two large caramel iced coffees, three cream, two sugar with Cool Whip caramel and cinnamon on top. The young girl at the window went to hand them to me, and I simply said those are supposed to have caramel and cinnamon on top. She said with an attitude, we don’t do that here we don’t have a button for it. I know you normally verbalize your coworkers to put caramel cinnamon on top. She got an attitude brought another young coworker over yelled at me over it I said OK if you’re not gonna simply put caramel and honey on top just refund me my $10. She said you can have your $10 back.All over simply adding Carmel and cinnamon to the top of my col whip.

We went in just recently to get a donut and coffee. The coffee was cold, and the donut was stale. However, we went to the counter and told the young lady about the coffee and the donut. She gave us a fresh coffee, which was hot and a new donut that was not stale. Thank you so much for your professionalism.

Worst Dunkin in the area. I make the trip to EP when I can. The service is usually pretty bad, they don’t talk to anyone, and they have a ton of people working but a line backed up to Timbuktu. EP is 10x better and I will be going there because they can get a whole line done super quick with like three people and say “Have a great day” in the process. Drinks here are hit or miss while EPs are always good, don’t bet on this location.

I needed to finish my grocery list, so we came into DD. There were 6 people at least working. I looked for a table, and they were filthy. We finally sat at a booth. There was coffee spilled on the floor, which is a fall risk. Sticky tables with food on them. There were donut holes on the floor near our booth.
On the front door, it states that the restaurant is deep cleaned and disinfected with P&G. It was just a disappointment that it wasn't cleaner.
