this dunkin is terrible do not go here.They always mess up your drink or don’t give you the right stuff. i am 18 and I am still annoyed at the amount of rambunctious teenagers they let stay in there and annoy everybody.

The owners had a team come in and completely clean up the store. It is so clean and the staff getting trained correctly. Food is fresh, service is fast and friendly and the donuts are stocked.

Went in this morning for donuts. Was told the maple glazed was removed by corporate. I asked for a chocolate glazed. I was told they didn't send any......? Turns out the donuts are made elsewhere and / or are frozen and thawed then shipped out. End result is that the two plain glazed I finally got were terrible, looked and tasted like day old. Very displeased.

I ordered a large cup of coffee from the associate. She then, grabs a medium size cup, fills it with coffee and hands it to me. I told her that I ordered a large and she starts arguing with me that it is a large. I told her to turn around and pull out a medium size cup and she would see they were the same size. She refused to do that and told me that I was wrong once again. I am a busy service tech and so I just took my coffee and left. Not only was the staff rude but I paid for a large and received a medium. Needless to say, I will not be going back.
Horrible service. The wait is absolutely ridiculous every single time I go here. I go to dd all the time in Peoria and the wait is never like this! Im not sure who owns/runs this Washington store but could definately take lessons from the Peoria owner!

Not only did we not get cold foam after paying for the addition, but I requested no cinnamon on a drink and when they put cinnamon on it and I asked for it to be remade the top was scrapped off and regiven to me… I have a cinnamon allergy… there was only one person making all of our drinks with no help and three orders can be hard but still disappointing

Got the $6 deal. They shorted me on coffee? The cheapest thing to give away. My hash browns were stale and soggy somehow? All 5 pieces. The bacon bagel had plenty of bacon it seemed but it was assembled all in one side of the sandwich. No love or shits given. Real bad effort
