Nice workers, but extremely long wait times for a simple drink, even longer wait times for food compared to other Dunkin’s. I am also convinced that they just guess what you want instead of listening, because 9/10 times the order I get is atleast half wrong.. but I don’t have time to sit and wait for them to fix it at that point.

We went in just recently to get a donut and coffee. The coffee was cold, and the donut was stale. However, we went to the counter and told the young lady about the coffee and the donut. She gave us a fresh coffee, which was hot and a new donut that was not stale. Thank you so much for your professionalism.

VERY hit or miss at this Dunkin. 4 stars because this location still has the Happy Hour!!! I'll reduce if/when happy hour goes away here. On a normal day you'll wait 20 minutes to get an iced coffee and when you finally do it's of subpar quality and flavor. Vary rarely when I come through here is it fast and delicious. Today at 3pm my wait was 5 minutes and the iced coffee was decent. Like 90% of the dunkins in the area this one could be doing a lot better on the...
