The owners had a team come in and completely clean up the store. It is so clean and the staff getting trained correctly. Food is fresh, service is fast and friendly and the donuts are stocked.

Nice workers, but extremely long wait times for a simple drink, even longer wait times for food compared to other Dunkin’s. I am also convinced that they just guess what you want instead of listening, because 9/10 times the order I get is atleast half wrong.. but I don’t have time to sit and wait for them to fix it at that point.

We went in just recently to get a donut and coffee. The coffee was cold, and the donut was stale. However, we went to the counter and told the young lady about the coffee and the donut. She gave us a fresh coffee, which was hot and a new donut that was not stale. Thank you so much for your professionalism.
