I just went and ordered the onion rings with pickles chips which were good and not too salty like alot of pickle chips. I also ordered a Ruben which was $9.50 with extra sourcraut on the side which was an extra .50. However they did not put the extra sourcraut on this side and the sandwich had like maybe 15 crumbs of meat total I ate one half and did not finish the second and I was very disappointed. I did say i wanted extra sour crout ON THE SIDE but i did not order a sourcrout sandwhich I orderdd a ruben. The total came out to 23.17 before tip. The pandemic did not come with any sides. I do have a photo of the sandwich but I can not figure out how to add it.

Friday Night AYCE fish fry and cook was clueless how to prepare fried fish ! Seriously Terrible ! We tried it because of all the POSITIVE reviews online ! BIG MISTAKE ! This happened 1st Friday of August 2024.

Food was good until it gave me severe food poisoning for the last 4 days. Got the pony shoe- fries, cheese, toast, and beef, something hard to mess up. However, Taylor made sure we had a good time and great service.

I love diners and strive to do my research to find a great breakfast diner on every trip. My research led me to this place! My husband and I stopped in for breakfast. We were immediately greeted by two lovely ladies taking care of customers and told to sit where we like. Our waitress came over right away and brought us coffee. They have a good sized menu but not too many options (which is good!). I ordered the meat lover’s skillet. They top their skillet with eggs your way and smother the whole thing in gravy!!!! Ohhh my! I was in heaven! The ham, sausage, and bacon were cooked to perfection on the flat top and soo crispy! Portions are big! My husband ordered the Denver omelette with grits. His grits were served with a little plate that had butter pats, milk, and a little condiment container of brown sugar so he could do up his grits any which way! The food came out fast. When we went up to pay our bill, the waitress offered us a discount punch card (since we ordered coffee). Every time you come in and have coffee, you get your card punched. Once your card is full you get free coffee then you give them the card to enter a drawing (can’t remember the prize if you’re the monthly winner, sorry!).
We will definitely be back! The decor was Route 66 themed and just quaint all around. You can tell they take pride in this place, as do the locals that dine there regularly.
The food was delicious and plentiful! Couldn't believe how reasonable the prices were. All the staff were so friendly and attentive! Will definitely be back!!
