I like the food, but only when they actually get the order right. Three times now I’ve ordered a double bacon cheeseburger combo off the regular numbered menu which is listed as a #5 double bacon cheeseburger that is pictured with lettuce tomato Mayo and bacon. Three times now they’ve given me the wrong burger. Once they gave me a tiny junior burger, which is not what I ordered. Stopped in for breakfast after fasting blood work. Was asked if I'd like to try a loaded hash round bowl, which I did. May I suggest that 1: you serve the food hot. 2: You make the size of the bowl proportionate to the serving of food you put in it or vice versa. 3: Put a fork, knife, and napkin in the bag...you never know where someone is stopping to eat. 4: Give a receipt for reimbursement purposes.
Stopped today for 2 sandwiches. My bacon burger meat was cold. My husbands mushroom and Swiss burger, the mushrooms were cold. He said his meat was warm.
