I had the absolute best experience when I came here tonight. Not only was my food hot fast and delicious the manger Chrissy who took my order provided me with I would say was hands down the best customer service experience I have ever had at any establishment Ive ever been too . So not only was my food hot and delicious and fresh I enjoyed my dining experience just all around because of her. Its incredibly hard to get good customer service anywhere you go these days so I wanted whoever to know how amazing this lady was . I will definitely be returning to this location because of her. Someone give this woman a raise. What a great experience.

I HAD THE BEST TIME TONIGHT GOING THRU THE DRIVE THUR HERE! Chrissy completely made my week with her expert costumer service skills! I have never had such a good experience in a drive thru! Thank you so much for such and amazing time and the most delicious burgers!!!

This was, hands down, the worst experience I have ever had in a fast food establishment. The server was so incredibly rude and threw my food on the tray and shoveled the tray to me. According to the receipt her name was Stacey. She the kept glaring at me and told me to stop looking at her. I told her she should find a new job and it should not be working with people. She said that she was 15 and that I shouldn't talk to her. I said that im the customer and I shouldn't be treated like this. Just an incredibly bad experience.

I simply cannot understand why it is so hard to get a food order correct. It's fast food. It's not rocket science. Out of 4 chicken wraps ordered, not even 1 was correct, no lie. NOT ONE.Let me say it louder for those in the back: NOT ONE WAS CORRECT. Literally got all 4 wrong. Are you serious? If I screwed up at this level, I'd be FIRED. Get it together, it's not that difficult. Food is too expensive to mess it up this bad. Do you want business or not? Your choice. Pics and receipt available upon request. This is beyond ridiculous. I pay for what I want, just get it right, for the love of all that is holy, or whatever you believe in, for that matter. For the record, I gave up Hardees years ago due to their incompetence and lack of quality and this was my one and only comeback chance. Never again. I'm DONE. I'm sure the owners do not care in the least, but this serves as a warning to anyone who doesn't want to waste their money on subpar food and poor customer service. I'm out ~ this economy demands more and Hardees cannot deliver. Go elsewhere. I know I will. Peace out.

I went and got food pretty close to closing time, and the women at the drive thru (Chrissy) was so nice! The food came out quickly, super fresh! Great service!

Ok, two days later I tried a quick drive through for a bicuit. First i was asked if i wanted whatever they were pushing. I replied no, and ordered. Then i was asked to make it a meal. I replied no. I was then asked if i wanted a desert biscuit. I replied no, and decided to go elsewhere......McDonald's. There I recieved an over done biscuit and glue like gravy. What is happening? Its a few monthes later......again...thought I would try again. Went to the drive through. When I paid, she told me she didn't have any quarters. I told her I didn't mind. She stated that she did. I again said I did not mind and had a spot to put them. She again said she did mind and told me she would probably drop the dimes because she was a klutz. So I had to wait a couple of minutes for the conversation and quarters so she could hand me 5 coins instead of 8. PLEASE!
..... the furnaces were out for half of the winter. Just went in for breakfast. Furnace works but the food lacked. Tasteless, dry egg, overcooked, dry biscuit. I called it when KFC and Pizza Hut closed. The owner is always happy to hear your complaint and is quick to direct you to some website only to do nothing about it.
Really close at Hardees as well. Getting tired of this..... Walked in this morning, got my money out and then stood there for a couple of minutes. Two people in back working. No acknowledgement of me. No one at the counter. No drivethrough. Basic business says you acknowledge the customer quickly. At least I would know you saw me. Getting more and more difficult to go to Hardee's. KFC closed
Pizza Hut is really close to closing. Needless to say, I left. Somebody needs to wake up. One week ago I went in in the evening to get my wife a milkshake because theyvare hand dipped. I was acknowledged quickly, but it took 35 minutes to make my shake. Two people working when they needed 3. The person in front told the cook that he would have to switch with her because she didn't like being stared at...... Now the company wants to talk about my experience, so they give me a link to use that is a pain to access. Crazy!

Food was absolutely fine. What’s unacceptable is that it should not be shivering cold in the dining area. I mean it is literally shiver, runny nose, freezing fingertips cold inside. If I wanted to freeze my ass off I’d have eaten in my car. There being no difference between a heatless car and the inside of a building during the winter is kinda insane. Turn the mf heat on.
