Rude employees. don't care over being ripped off as well missing food. Won't be returning after this visit.
Really good ice cream. Tons of flavors. Prices are decent. Only complaint is that you can only get vanilla chocolate or swirl in a cone. If you could get the wizard flavors in a cone this place would be the best around.

The ice cream was not very good. Ordered a chunky monkey wizard, had maybe 4 tiny chunks of walnuts and some hard chunk of chocolate on top. The flavor wasn't anything to write home about either. Wait time was about 15 mins for 2 wizards and 1 kid sundae. Meanwhile several other customers that ordered after us got their ice cream orders before ours. The drive through was moving much faster than the walk up window.

There isn't anything bad to say about the Ice Cream Shack. The food is really good and the ice cream is delicious. And so is the iced tea. Also, the staff is the best!

Was are favorite Ice Cream place,Absolutely has gone down hill quick. My wife and I took are children and there friends out here 2 weeks ago. Order was almost $60,My wife ordered a large cup of ice cream,She was handed a small cone,She then just asked for a cup to put her ice cream in,The owner (Tall bald guy) Said $.10cents for a cup. My wife then said I actually paid for a large cup. He was very agressive towards my wife. My wife said lets give them one more chance today. Ordered a medium Wizard,was handed a kid size cup with peanuts on top,We told the young lady up front,She agreed that baldy messed up order again,The owner (Baldy) began to get mouthy again. No stars if possible,horrible costomer service.
