Loud in there, so scream your order. Food great, but menu doesn't seem complete. And don't say "Garg" as the younger generation doesn't seem to get the old slang for the order.
I love the counter servers. They work extremely hard and fast. The phone orders, as well as on line orders, are fulfilled properly and they even make changes to online orders if needed.
This crew is awesome. Jimmy johns is a decent lunch, but its made so much better when the crew is always working hard, being friendly, and paying attention to customers. The folks at the location in Washington Illinois are always on top of their game.
