Food was good but they didn't have enough chicken cooked to suit our family of 5 on a Saturday night. The seating area was also barren and the floors were sticky. The food we received ended up tasting fine but it's just somewhat funny that a chicken restaurant didn't have enough chicken cooked

No real problems so far after 3 visits... except the chicken was falling apart in the bucket 2 out of 3 times. But at least they were courteous and professional (as opposed to out-of-control, rude employees in Peoria and Morton locations).

This place needs to shut the doors. Between how bad the place is ran and the food they let go out the window is absolutely awful. They have ruined the KFC name. Plz reboot the company or close doors!

What a difference, this was our first return in a while due to prior unpleasant experiences. Great job by the nice lady at the window and the gentleman who brought out our food was pleasant as well. Keep up the good work , the place will be packed again .
Not only was the entire 45$ order wrong but the chicken was disgusting. Greasy and stringy and chewy, just gross.

First car ahead of me drove away after trying to order should have took that as my sign. Next car took 10 minutes before they were even acknowledged this place needs help.

Literally waited from 12:05 in drive through with one only one other car I fro t of me for 10 minutes, then was told to wait for a while longer once we got to the menu to order. Once we ordered, it took another 25 minutes to get our food! Pricey and slow are a bad business combination-be better!
Upon our arrival we sat in the drive through for 5 minutes. Nobody answered drove around to the door sign on the door said lobby closed for pickup orders Go to the drive through pulled back over to the drive through waited, another 2 minutes. Nobody answered went to the window knocked on the window, it was 3:30 in the afternoon store hours, say 1030 i had to finally call the store and ask him what was going on and they said they are just opening. I questioned why they didn't have the current hours on the door and I got snarky comments and remarks. will not return.

We got as 6 piece bucket meal through drive thru, got home abd the Bisquits were nasty, they apparently didn't let them raise, they were hockey pucks. The sides were also a rip off, barely a single serving. Nice that they let you know that. ?????????
