Why is it so hard for a person to be on drive thru? We had A.I talking to us and then nobody for 2 minutes helped us while the other lane had 3 people go through. I get it that it’s just McDonald’s but TRY BETTER.

Worst experience I’ve had ever in a drive thru. Ordered at 1 pm and was brought the wrong order twice, then when I finally got my order the fries sauce and napkins weren’t in there. Worker went back in and never came back with my fries. I had to go in just to get my fries, and the manager, William, acted like he also didn’t care. Since I waited for my fries so long the rest of my food was cold by the time I got it to my family. Joke of a restaurant.

It’s a McDonald, you don’t expect great food. If you need to stop this place is fine. Sometimes they get your order wrong so check it before you leave. They have a play place but it’s usually dirty inside . The service is fine. Depends on who you get. Some are really nice and some aren’t. It is very cheerful but it’s McDonalds.

I went to this McDonald’s the other day and I sat in the drive-through for 10 minutes which no one answering so I went inside and the customer service was so bad. They didn’t even apologize for me sitting in the drive-through for so long and then I had to sit there and wait for my food and then today I go to see if the lobby is open cause it said it was open but it was closed so I called to ask if it was closed and no one answered and then I finally got my food cause I went through the drive-through and they gave me no sauce and I hate my chicken nuggets without sauce and so it made me really upset. People need to work on customer service nowadays it’s so bad everywhere I go especially this McDonald’s fix yourself.
