I went to this McDonald’s the other day and I sat in the drive-through for 10 minutes which no one answering so I went inside and the customer service was so bad. They didn’t even apologize for me sitting in the drive-through for so long and then I had to sit there and wait for my food and then today I go to see if the lobby is open cause it said it was open but it was closed so I called to ask if it was closed and no one answered and then I finally got my food cause I went through the drive-through and they gave me no sauce and I hate my chicken nuggets without sauce and so it made me really upset. People need to work on customer service nowadays it’s so bad everywhere I go especially this McDonald’s fix yourself.

This place is a joke. They seriously asked me to pull forward and wait for a single cheeseburger. Took forever. For ONE burger. Awful awful awful location. By the way, the cheeseburger wasnt a double like I ordered and was incorrect after all that.

This is by far one of the worst McDonalds. A mobile order takes 20+ minutes, waiting in line does not save you much time, food is cold most of the time. I started driving into Peoria and I get better food and it takes less time than driving down the street. The owners must have a lot of money vs being great at business because this is a business model that has been around for decades but yet they can’t seem to figure it out at the Washington McD.

Maybe someone doesn't like my car??? Twice in a row I've gone through the drive thru and been told to wait. 30 seconds to a minute later a car will pull into the other lane give their order and pull forward while I continue to wait. Both times were shortly after 2 in the afternoon, never busy. I can't fathom where the fault would lie in these situations, but maybe it's time to give up on the two lanes for ordering. The kings of the drive thru, Taco Bell, have one place to order and their drive thru times are amazingly fast. It is a nice place to dine in if you have children since they have a playplace.

Slow as hell. Workers were fighting in front of me. The area around the drinks were flooded everywhere and filthy. Trash all over the ground. Front of the front counter dirty as well

They got my order right, but they gave me the wrong sandwiches: 2 Double Cheeseburger instead of 2 Daily Double: it's a little difference in price but a huge difference in flavor!
I shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes in the first pull up lane for a HOT CHOCOLATE. I walk in and ask what's going on and they told me to quit whining and that it's gonna take 3 more minutes.
