McMahon's Pints & Plates

Tried to order a take out order tonight. Half of the sandwiches on the menu are several kinds of grilled cheeses. I thought, the options were neat and sounded great! We were ordering 4 plates; two of which were jalapeno popper grilled cheese and the wee plates grilled cheese. Apparently the menu online is not correct and they dont have anymore grilled cheeses of any sort. My daughter and I do not like burgers and had nothing else to order. Either update the online menu or make what is on the menu.

I was really let down by the lack of options on their food menu as just compared to a few months back. They do have an excellent craft beer menu but unfortunately have switched to primarily just bar food.

Great service. We have a meeting there every other week and the burgers are awesome. (Had one last week.) Today was just drinks, and bartender Tim was great. His Rum and Coke is the best.

I had their Jalapeno poppers, would have liked the jalapenos to have been cooked more.

Good lunch must try the mozzarella sticks and Evelyn was a great little waitress.

Great wings and burgers! Wonderful wedge salads too. Server was very nice also.

The food is good, and my wife would vouch for that as well. We will also vouch that we were regular customers there until tonight, and the reason why is the service, through and through. They only have bartenders waiting on people and while there’s nothing wrong with that policy if it works, in this case it doesn’t. Time and again, we have had to wait for a long amount of time to get drinks and food, let alone a simple salutation and tonight was the last straw. With it being

Tired of the terrible service time and time again. Dont know how they expect to run a smooth business with 2 workers and over 50 patrons in the dining room. This wasnt just tonight either. Last 3 times 2 people have been working. Bartender back and forth taking orders and such. I tried to keep giving them a chance because I like their food, but enough is enough

continuous slow service is going to stop me from going to this place anymore. I've always liked the food, but the service has been abysmal everytime, no matter what day I come. the place always seems to be short staffed. my wife and I came tonight, and at least 50 people were there in restaurant area alone and a total of 2 staff. that's unacceptable, and seems to be the case any time I have came in. I feel bad for the wait staff because I know it's not their fault. this place obv has a management and or owner problem that needs fixed. my wings came out cold, and eventually had to slap 21 bucks on the bar and walk out because fresh food never arrived

Last night I attended a private Christmas party in the Library at McMahon's, it was a very nice area & the food was great! The California Wicked fries were the best so definitely have some of those when you visit! I absolutely loved the loft area with the couches, it was such a comfortable area & the service was great!!

Ordered a beer for my boyfriend and waited 10 minutes... still didn't get our food order taken and watched one bartender sit on a laptop and the other bartender forget we were even there. So I put $4 on the table for the beer I ordered and walked out. They weren't busy at all. We were the only table in the dining area.

Yep, another burger review. This actually made me feel sorry for other burgers. THIS WAS THE BOMB!!! So good I don't even want to talk about it. My napkin comes off to chef Charles.

So I called to place an order for their $.50 wings on Monday as advertised in their menu and was told those who gave are $.80 because I was doing a carry out order which was not on their menu they posted online. Definitely false misleading information. The only reason their not getting 1star is iv had some ok experiences w them if i had reviewed then they'd have gotten 3-4.

It's in an odd location in A building that sees alot of bars go out of business, but seems legit. This is a comfortable, slow atmosphere and draws mostly people that fit that style.

Good fast lunch. Tons of drinks, and bar games. Great hangover food.
