We went there for a late lunch early dinner. Everything came out except 1 sandwich. We told the server and she said she would check on it. After a couple of minutes, I had to go up and ask about the sandwich. The cashier stated I only paid for one. Luckily, I had the receipt and showed it to him. They made the sandwich and delivered it to our table. No apology and it took about 10 minutes to make the cold sandwich. Food was great, service was questionable.

We stopped there for a quick bite. Ordered our food through the kiosk station. Sat about 4 to 5 minutes and staff brought our warm and delicious subs. Very clean, nice place. Ty.

Michael's Italian Feast is a hidden gem for anyone craving authentic Italian flavors. We recently tried the meatball sandwich and the Italian beef sandwich, and both were excellent. The meatball sandwich featured tender, flavorful meatballs smothered in a rich marinara sauce and melted cheese, all packed into a perfectly toasted roll. The Italian beef sandwich was equally impressive, with juicy, well-seasoned beef soaked in a savory au jus that added depth and moisture to every bite. The bread was fresh, and the overall balance of flavors was spot on. It’s a great spot to enjoy hearty, satisfying Italian comfort food.

Honestly, I could take or leave the pasta. That’s not what makes this place great even though it is an Italian place. THE BREAD. The subs? Fantastic. The garlic bread? Fantastic. THE CINNAMON BREAD?! FANTASTIC. The drive up takeout option is super convenient and quite frankly dangerous for me. I will be back. Catch me pulling up in my stretchy pants.

We ordered over the phone. The gentleman that answered the phone was polite. We pulled up to the window to receive our meal and, again, were very pleased. We asked some questions that the young man did not know. He did not act like he knew but rather asked about our question. We got home and opened up our order. The food was delicious. We had the family feast. The lasagna was probably the best I've ever had, and I eat a lot of Italian. So, hats off to that.

This is the 2nd time doing the family feast that can not feed a family. We've done this many times in the past and always had plenty noodles and now over half the bucket is filled with sauce and maybe 1 lb of of noodles which doesn't go far. Sandwich and garlic bread are fine but when noodles I'm sure paying whole sale is a buck a pound and the feast costs $40-$50, early enough to feed 4 kids. We are currently boiling more noodles as we speak. If you don't want to loose a regular monthly customer, I'd appreciate a response.
