Monicals has really gone downhill since our visit a year ago. We ordered the medium cheese Family. Pleaser and the total was $25 and change. The crust was over done and there was hardly any cheese on top. The crust was very tough to chew.
The only good thing was the lettuce salad and French dressing. We will not return any time soon.

Pizza was okay. Large wedding group. Service was poor, so the brides mother had to help serve the group. Room was very cold too.

I visit Monicals once during the week for lunch with some of my colleagues from work. The store is well managed and the woman who works lunch taking orders and bringing the food and drinks out to the tables is friendly and has come to know our faces and what we typically order! We always have great service and definitely come back weekly for the atmosphere, speediness and quality!

If there was a way to rate half a star, this would be a 4.5. This place is actually pretty good. Monical's actually makes fairly good pizza, but the best part of it all was the service, which was outstanding. Our waitress was very enthusiastic and outgoing, and even though she had a lot to do when she came over, she definitely made sure that our needs were met.

Placed an order online, have done a dozen or more in the recent past. Was notified the order was ready, was 5 minutes away. Arrived, not ready. After checking, they said “it’s in the oven”. Gave me the pizza 30 minutes after it the app said ready. Now, the pizza was right, hot and delicious. The systems aren’t working! OWNERS/MANAGERS, your systems aren’t working! Your employees seem confused because your SYSTEMS ARN’T WORKING! Numerous others waiting, said their’s were done too, but not.

This place got really expensive. Bill ended up being 39$ for a large 3 topping and bread stick with 2 sodas. With the tip it was a 45$ meal for two.
