Monical's Pizza

Gave them a chance after a year, mistake. Delivery 30 minutes late, cold pizza, crust barely could bite through. Tough sell on 60 bucks for 2 pies.

This was the worst Monicals pizza I have ever had. It was way off. Wasn't hardly any cheese. Tasted like crust with sauce which tasted bad, and no cheese. Very disappointed. I paid $34.00 along with getting the salad which was fine. never again.

I may be a full-on Chicago tavern-pizza snob now, but nothing will ever beat the thin crust I grew up on at Monical’s. Still some of the best around and yes, the nuclear red dressing remains undefeated. If you know, you know. 🍕🔥

Pizza is delicious! However, but it's completely unbelievable how old and dry these wings are!!!!! This is superbly sad and my 2nd shot at this place. It's the worst , on the wing side!!! The register attendant was courteous, but the other guy (possibly the manager) never even greeted me after eye contact, and gave me "that look"!) Never again for me for the wings, but MAYBE for the pizza.

Monicals has really gone downhill since our visit a year ago. We ordered the medium cheese Family. Pleaser and the total was $25 and change. The crust was over done and there was hardly any cheese on top. The crust was very tough to chew.
The only good thing was the lettuce salad and French dressing. We will not return any time soon.

I visit Monicals once during the week for lunch with some of my colleagues from work. The store is well managed and the woman who works lunch taking orders and bringing the food and drinks out to the tables is friendly and has come to know our faces and what we typically order! We always have great service and definitely come back weekly for the atmosphere, speediness and quality!

If there was a way to rate half a star, this would be a 4.5. This place is actually pretty good. Monical's actually makes fairly good pizza, but the best part of it all was the service, which was outstanding. Our waitress was very enthusiastic and outgoing, and even though she had a lot to do when she came over, she definitely made sure that our needs were met.
