To say I am unimpressed with the young girl who was working is an understatement.. she had her “friend” sitting in a booth the entire time we were there and the both of the were taking back to eachother and laughing the entire time we were taking an order. there was also a young guy working who was clearly in training and the girl did not have any patience with him. He was moving slow and making a couple mistakes which is totally normal for a new hire but the girl kept making fun of him, yelling at him and telling him “you need to stop making mistakes”. She kept slamming the oven shut as loud as she could, rolling her eyes at customers and complaining about being there. She was making the guy in training do all the work and then yelling at him when he made a simple mistake (forgot to add something)… She then proceeded to ask her friend (not an employee) to come up and take a customers payment (from the drive through) and swipe the card because their card reader didn’t work behind the counter. Very unprofessional and makes me sad for the poor guy who was in training. Do better.

You can without a doubt, guarantee you’ll leave irritated. This location only seems to hire teenagers, and give them ZERO training and leave them to run the store on their own. On THREE separate occasions I have waiting over 20 minutes in the drive through for my sandwiches to be wrong. I will NOT be back again - Not to mention the prices are absolutely absurd, $33 for two incorrectly made sandwiches is ridiculous.

Girl on the phone was really nice and the owner is talked to was really nice as well.
I ordered a few party platters /catering, and the total I paid was $20 more than the total she told me on the phone when I originally ordered.
Plus there were no mustard and mayo packets included like she said they would be.
But it is what it is.
Almost no meat on one sandwich (pics available upon request), wrong toppings on both, and the wrong cookie provided for one order. (Pics also available). Look, it's not rocket science, it's a sandwich shop, get it correct. Disappointed to say the least. I wasn't expecting 5 star service, but this is ridiculous. This is exactly why I rarely frequent this business. Do better to keep and attract customers. Tried to call to resolve the issue, they literally hung up on me. Twice. Where are the owners of this location and do they care about customer service at all? Apparently not. I'm sorry I gave them another chance, will not make that mistake again. Back to Jimmy John's, they come through. I will spend my hard earned cash at businesses who appreciate it and act accordingly.
Went to drive threw said would be back in second waited 30 min never asked for order drove up to window wanted to know what Said I waited at drive threw never took my order.Said oh will take order now. Very sad you can't call your order in not right.Marilyn not happy the way you do coustomers
Went to the restaurant last night. No one ever came to the drive thru window. We were totally ignored! Left and went to Michael’s. This is not how you stay in business!
You close at 9pm, but we arrived at 8:10ish pm, sat there for 15mins, called twice and finally got an answer and they said they were closed. Then, said they were closing after i confronted the fact they're still open. This is just a prime example of being lazy and not wanting to honor the time you actually close because you want to go home.

After a long night coming in grabbing food I had the best experience with Kendra and Ashley they were so polite …. The store was clean and the food was fresh 10/10 I will b back

Literally getting worse by the month... I have gone thru waiting in line for 20 minutes cause there's one employee at 12:15 on a sunday...church just got out so why would they be busy... to today this is the quality given out from an online order... worked 2 years behind a subway counter and can tell you with ease neither of these should be possible... horrible management and ownership is all it boils down to! Another washington stop getting worse.... For the record this is the same sandwich from menu pic to what was provided when ordered! I know it's never the exotic photo op food but seriously this is worse than young child trying!

Only had a few sandwiches to choose from due to lack of cheese and other items. The manager on duty on Sunday was extremely rude to say the least. This location has gone from one of the best to one of the worst due to lack of food and treatment of customers.
