Literally getting worse by the month... I have gone thru waiting in line for 20 minutes cause there's one employee at 12:15 on a sunday...church just got out so why would they be busy... to today this is the quality given out from an online order... worked 2 years behind a subway counter and can tell you with ease neither of these should be possible... horrible management and ownership is all it boils down to! Another washington stop getting worse.... For the record this is the same sandwich from menu pic to what was provided when ordered! I know it's never the exotic photo op food but seriously this is worse than young child trying!

Only had a few sandwiches to choose from due to lack of cheese and other items. The manager on duty on Sunday was extremely rude to say the least. This location has gone from one of the best to one of the worst due to lack of food and treatment of customers.

Waited for 20 minutes for one sandwich and a salad with no one in line. The kid making our salad was playing on his phone with his gloves on then proceeded to make the salad without changing gloves. Which is completely unsanitary. Didn’t even chop my salad, there’s a whole slice of cheese just sitting on top. The sandwich was also missing ingredients. Staff was not helpful nor seemed to care. This was the worst subway i’ve ever been to.

Ordered DD tonight. I didn’t know they did away with the actual wraps. Now they are awful &/or the person making doesn’t know how to make them. There is WAY too much bread (that’s not the employees fault) and all the meat & toppings were layered…but in the wrong way. You either got meat or you got toppings. You can’t call it a wrap when it’s folded like a sandwich and is on sandwich bread.
