Listen I realize it's Taco Bell so nobody has unrealistic expectations about that but I ordered in the app I went in to get my food right at the time and they said it wasn't ready. I did happen to notice a bag sitting at the edge of the prep table that they looked at and told me it wasn't mine. 8 minutes later I asked again to a different person she walked over and picked up the same bag that clearly had my name on it which is David obviously so it wasn't like it was hard to spell or anything like that and it was my food so it was nice and cold thanks so much

I just want to say that I had great service! I ordered my online order and pulled up to Taco Bell and they were so busy I waited 30 minutes which was fine because they were so packed and when I got to the window they made me fresh food without me even asking it was so good really appreciated the workers

We have had great customer service every time we've been here. Staff is friendly, patient and never misses a beat. I have never had to ask for sauce bc they always beat me to the catch !

Simply asked for sour cream on my hard shell. Must be too hard of a task because there’s no sour cream on my hard shell. Getting charge extra but not receiving what I paid extra for is a big red flag.

Tacos are sometimes a bit skimpy. Burritos, etc, seem to have a ton of "filler, lettuce, sour cream, and so on. Good flavor, but skimping on the meat.

2 different times. Hardly any beef on soft tacos, old wilted lettuce. Second time the chicken quesadilla had 3 tiny diced chicken on the whole thing. Not impressed or going back for awhile.
