I went in to order. I ordered 7 cheese roll ups and 6 five layer burritos without sourcream. I heard the employees complaining about how many of everything i order. Then I was watching them make the five layer burritos and they were putting sour cream on them. I went up and told them they are supposed to be no sour cream. They got mad because the had to remake that. I don't think I will ever come back again when the employees can read a screen at all.

The hours say they open at 7am, but that's not true. I think that's when the employees arrive. If you show up at 7:10am, they're never prepared, but they apologize, so that makes it better.
You're best bet for service would probably be to go after 8am. I don't even know why they bother with breakfast.
They should hire an adult or two.
Also, the intercom volume is set to 2, but should be at 8, which is an awful setting for being next to a busy intersection.
it's good to see they cleaned the chewing tobacco off the walls, though. good job there, I guess.

Listen I realize it's Taco Bell so nobody has unrealistic expectations about that but I ordered in the app I went in to get my food right at the time and they said it wasn't ready. I did happen to notice a bag sitting at the edge of the prep table that they looked at and told me it wasn't mine. 8 minutes later I asked again to a different person she walked over and picked up the same bag that clearly had my name on it which is David obviously so it wasn't like it was hard to spell or anything like that and it was my food so it was nice and cold thanks so much

I ordered my online order and pulled up to Taco Bell and they were so busy I waited 30 minutes which was fine because they were so packed and when I got to the window they made me fresh food without me even asking it was so good really appreciated the workers
