I ordered a latte, scone and a breakfast sandwich. After paying/leaving a tip, I was handed a half frozen breakfast sandwich. I asked if it could be heated and was told “there are microwaves in the back”. The bacon on the sandwich looked raw. I asked to exchange the item with something else and was told that I could not. So, I asked for a refund. I was told that I needed to speak with the owner. I said “okay, I’ll wait”. I never spoke with the owner and the cashier notified me that she would refund my money. I told her thank you and exited because I had somewhere to be. Turns out my money was never refunded. Oh… and the scone was dry and hard.

They don’t warm the food. You have to pay a high price and then stand in line at the toaster or microwave to do it yourself. And if you don’t, you have no chance of spreading the frozen butter packets on anything. The coffee is good. The service is shaky. There is great seating by a fireplace but it’s always reserved when we come.

I really like the atmosphere. The food and coffee are good but not as good as Faire coffee. The WiFi is abysmally slow but if you are patient you can get some work done.

I use The Blend Hut often in the morning on the way to work, but rarely with the kiddos… this morning we went for a coffee date after Wash JFL pictures, and had the pleasure of actually going INSIDE The Blend storefront!! The lovely woman who took our order was SO KIND! I have a sensory overloaded special needs daughter and the woman took the time to offer us selections she might like (which she LOVED) and made some suggestions to my other little for a blended beverage she would enjoy, my Blueberry Pie Latte was amazing per usual… but I wanted to express my gratitude for the staff at The Blend for this mornings experience!! THANK YOU for taking the few extra moments for my girls when you were so busy to begin with!!! Amazing coffee, amazing snacks, amazing ambiance, amazing outdoor space, and above amazing customer service!!!

Amazing experience! My daughter and I came with her service dog and there was plenty of space for both of them. One of the staff was even kind enough to ask to say hi and made our day. Definitely will be back! Their Italian soda is amazing!

This is one of the best coffee shops. Love this place! It’s a must stop for us when in town visiting family. From the warm welcome when you enter to the fantastic flavor combinations it’s everything you hope it will be. Give the Blueberry Pie Latte a try, you won’t be disappointed!
