Philly cheese and steak sopes were great. Food was fresh and you can tell the ingredients were good quality. Staff was very friendly and the owner was there making sure everything went smoothly (Also the fact that there’s a traffic light coming in and out made it very easy/convenient to stop by)

But the portion of meat in Philly Steak is very small, i really hope they increase their portions, other than that the taste of meat is amazing and overall it is one of the best Halal food restaurant. I work 10 minutes from Waukegan and I don’t have many halal options near me. I was googling and came across this new restaurant and decided to give it a shot.
It recently opened and it’s easily one of the best new restaurants in the neighborhood. It’s a perfect fusion of American and Mexican flavors, and everything we tried was seriously delicious!
We ordered the sope with steak, chicken, and potatoes, the texture of the masa (bread) was perfect. The tacos (we had steak and chicken) were also great, super flavorful, and you could tell the meat was high quality. Wings were amazing, crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside!
The service was top-notch. The staff was super friendly, checked in with us, and really cared about how we were enjoying everything. They even asked for feedback and thanked us for coming in.
