We stopped to get ice cream , and only 1 other customer in the restaurant. The 2 ladies ignored us, and finally, a man came out to wait on us. We wanted ice cream sundae, and he said we have no spoons.How do you run an ice cream shop without spoons?!?

VERY overdue but the homie and homegirl on shift were both extremely chill. We had to stop for some ice cream and it was two little girls that we had with us and they were understanding of kids being in there and they threw us a couple of extra apple fritters. Homeboy was wearing like a Japanese belt or something like that which was also very cool.

The absolute worst customer service I've ever seen. There was 5 flavors of ice cream with literal ice in them, no waffle cones or toppings. The employees acted like we were an inconvenience. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

The lady was kinda mean and my “Chocolate Chip” ice cream tastes like mint and there oreo shakes sometimes taste like mint too and my chocolate chip cookie dough isn’t really good

Never has my favorite flavor Jamoca... Every single time I go they always say its un available. This goes for all the stores in my area. To make my rating 5 stars, stock up on Jamoca. Also, most of the flavors dont have their proper name tag or doesn't have one at all... A lot of other flavors are constantly out of stock too. Very very dissapointing and I will not being further spending my money here for this kind of service.
