I wanted a donut, actually my co-worker wanted a donut so I went to dunkin' donuts to get her a donut and since Baskin Robbins was also in the building, I decided to get me a vanilla and chocolate shake. It was really good. I enjoyed that!!!!

Place needs to take the Brownie Sundae of the menu either to lazy to make it or just don’t have it can go everyday for 2 yrs and they will always say can’t make it.

I was there at 9:40pm and I ordered a medium cappuccino blast, the lady told me Baskin was close. I asked her why and she said Baskin closes at 9:30pm when the hours of operation says at 10pm. I used to work for a Dunkin/baskin and crew will say the same thing because they were lazy to prepare the blasts. It’s like the food, you can order food any time but crew just lazy to prepare it and they say kitchen is close. It’s obvious this chubby chick was lazy to do her job but oh well you’re losing business and customers.

Horrible horrible service.My daughter just graduated BC and on liberty my daughter wanted ice cream. We got there and door was locked. As we proceeded to drive away, we saw a worker open the door for another worker. We asked if they were open, she pointed and said drivethru and closed door. Just very very bad service and rude workers. All three should be terminated. Sorry but bad experience

Arrived at 9 PM with 3 cars of new Navy Graduates and the doors were locked.....all these kids wanted was ice cream for their first time off base in 8 weeks. The doors were locked and 2 employees were inside but wouldn't even acknowledge us. There are no signs on the doors to show hours so I relied on your web site, which apparently was not correct. BAD service Baskin....what a waste of very limited Liberty time for these new Navy Sailors and a poor representation of your company.

They are always out of the main flavors and out of half the toppings. Service is not that great. 7 Months later Edit: They still are always out of toppings, They never have any bananas or hot fudge. They didn't have ANY toppings this time though. This place SUUUUUUCKS. Just go to Gurnee. All of Waukegan DD is usually bad.

I am only giving this place a five star review because of the young lady, Stacy, that's working on shift tonight. She was managing the cash register, donuts, coffee, ice cream, and the drive thru with ease. She kept a smile on her face and never made me feel like she was annoyed by the fact that she was working alone and people kept coming in waiting for her to take their order. I'm sure she was overwhelmed with the six of us waiting to order, six waiting to get their order, and the three cars in the drive thru, but she never let it show. Her customer service was exemplary and her calming presence made waiting to order a pleasure. Thank you Stacy for doing such an amazing job as a Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins employee!
