My roommate and I recently went to this buffalo wild wings. We ordered two orders of wings, fries, and wedges. It took over an hour to receive our food, despite it not being very busy. When we got the food it was cold and unappetizing. Unfortunately not a great experience.

The food is always cold and old. I requested to have my wedges remade because they were cold and they threw the same wedges in the grease and tried to give them right back to me. I had to have a manager correct the food for the third time. I included a picture of the old veggies sticks they gave me. This place is horrible.

Place is not busy at all on a Wednesday night and been sitting for 15 mins and nobody has acknowledged us. Waiters/hosts were on their phones. Never coming back

Maritza was our server and she was terrible. Got order incorrect even after reading it back to us and confirming she had it correct, did not keep drinks filled, not apologetic for errors, disappeared for 30-40 minutes at a time, waited an hour for check for $147.46 with it being incorrect also with the items we didn’t order spoke to management with nothing but a sorry. Was here for Sons graduation from Navy Boot Camp and to enjoy a meal with family and football. Would NOT recommend this location for anyone. They also were not busy at this time.

Copper needs to be more supportive and aware of what’s happening on the floor here at Buffalo Wind Wings. Having only two waiters trying their best to serve around 15 tables is unrealistic and unfair to both staff and customers. While the manager is busy helping in the kitchen, people are waiting 25–30 minutes just to be seated.
Copper really needs to step up, get out of the office, and experience the rush firsthand—especially during the busy evening hours when guests are coming from Six Flags. The team can only handle so much before they become mentally burned out.
I do want to give credit where it’s due—Jasmin, our bartender, did an amazing job keeping up and providing great service

Service was slow, our server wasn't the friendliest, our food was dry and overcooked. Had to ask for all the sauces I ordered. Overpriced. Seemed like everyone hated their job. Hope this place closes down lol.

Perfect Cleaning LLC

Slow service, not a lot of customers on site and no bartenders. I have been a long time customer at this location. I have seen how this place has going down as it has loss good waitresses and great bartenders this past year, definitely a management issue here. I left and took my business somewhere else since they can't make one simple drink like a mango/pineapple long island. I never thought that this place was going to change very drastically for worse. I have been holding back to write a review hoping that it will get better but I don't think it's happening here. 10/18/25

There is a reason I prefer to go to the Gurnee location. This place is a joke.

1.If you order takeout expect to wait an eternity for your order to be ready.

2. They will get your order wrong.

Last time I went they took FOREVER and the person gave me the incorrect order. I contacted the manager and he provided a refund. Today I ordered and AGAIN my order was messed up with the fries missing and the tenders and wings hard as rocks.

Mangers hold your employees accountable for not doing the BARE MINIMUM, making sure orders are correct.

People shouldn't have to worry about their orders being correct, they should always be.

Retrain your employees. This is ridiculous.

Ordered food for pickup ,we arrived at the time scheduled. Waited for another 15 to 20 minutes for the food. Live a couple mile from their location and the food was ice cold, no dipping sauce and no bacon on the order.
