I waited 20 minutes for my food to come out to me and my child and the food was already getting cold. I’m even certain the person in front of me waiting for their meal as well got our order instead, and had it for a while before giving it back after they screwed up the order. I don’t feel comfortable giving it to my kid when a stranger had it for an extended period of time. Waste of time, waste of gas, and now a waste of money since I now have to go somewhere else.

First of all I had to knock for them to lets me in. I thought Burger King e verified their employees. Then to be locked in the store because their employees are scared of ICE. Second they were rude, did not get my order right, not fresh and did nothing to fix. Cashier was distracted to get my correct order and repeat it back to me. I told her she made the mistakes and I barely got a sorry. Horrible experience. Burger King should not let them lock doors while open.

The guy at the drive thru charged me for a cupón book without asking me and he didn’t even put the coupons in the bag

Literally will screw up your order on purpose. You charge for a double cheeseburger than give a single with pieces of bacon. 🤮 it can't be that difficult to give a single correct item.

Refused my Mobile Order. Terrible Service. I placed an mobile order #96 on 5/21, at 10:34pm. I had to deal with a rude drive thru attendant. He refused to honor my order saying "no computer". "We take no mobile orders". He didn't even want to look at the order that I placed. He is a liar, as I was able to place and receive mobile orders in the past. Avoid this place at all costs.

I used the mobile order while in the restaurant and the MANAGER gave my order to someone else. I order my food at 5 and didn't exit till 20 minutes later.

This burger King sucks. I have yet to get right order in the drive thru
Day 03/02/25 10:00 pm approximately the cashier with the worst disposition to attend is apparently Colombian, they close the bathroom service and throw away the food as if he were serving the dog of his house. The store manager would be good if the staff was trained and the importance of offering the best to the consumer.
