Holy cows! I know I have left a review before for this location, but WOW. ? It seems service, hospitality and quality of food only gets better here. I strongly recommend this store for fans of Burger King! Fries were crisp and perfectly salted, chicken sandwiches were on point and the double whopper, good grief. You have outdone yourselves Burger King. The guy at the front counter was super polite and very fast! I really wish i would have gotten his name to give him some props, we had our order in less than 2 minutes! Wow Burger King, WOW.

I wish I could give this no stars. This Burger On Lewis SUCKSS WORST THING IVE CAME ACROSS. Someone needs to take a look at that place asap. I asked for ketchup and was given ketchup from the kitchen in a plastic cup pumped? Contamination to the max. BS.

I went to the Burger King in Waukegan and they get no stars from me?I asked for a classic bacon meal with fresh fries. An older woman fixed it. When I got home I had no bacon and I had four little burgers spreaded across a Whopper bun. I tried to call back about four times in the line was busy I called the next day and the line was busy I finally went there after not being able to reach anyone. I gave them my receipt and I showed them the picture of the burger and they were very surprised but they only gave me money back for the burger, and the other employees were in the office laughing ? now you tell me what kind of service was this. This establishment needs to have a meeting.

Store is clean, bathrooms clean, food is quickly made but with quality.......2018......Just an average Burger King, a lot of vagrant traffic inside and they seem to be out of a lot of items on a regular basis. If you have a hankering for a Burger King, I would head up the road north a ways on Lewis avenue and stop at the one right before yorkhouse road. If they could manage to catch up to the North Lewis location, they would benefit themselves greatly.??????????Parking: Front and backKid-friendliness: YesWheelchair accessibility: At the front door

Just went to this location (8/5/2023 — 12 pm noon), and very quickly regretted our decision. The gentleman taking our order was extremely inattentive, did not seem to listen or understand what we were ordering. My husband ordered an original crispy chicken meal with a diet root beer, but instead received a mushy FISH sandwich and a regular root beer. The boy did not relay to us they did not have diet root beer, and went ahead and gave my husband and myself regular root beer. What if we were diabetic? My husband was pleased to see the jalapeño cheddar bites on the menu, so he ordered some but was told they don’t carry that item (it was plastered on the menu). The food was cold, we waited 15 minutes behind ONE car for our order — the place was not busy at all to justify the service and wait time. Overall, it was a terrible experience. Staff needs to be trained and more attentive to customers orders. I don’t know how they could screw up this bad with only one car ahead of us and an empty lobby. Absolutely ridiculous. Not worth going back to correct the order, instead we threw our meals in the trash. The location down the road near target is a million times better with customer service and quality. Do better.

Today we stopped by this Burger King after we went to the beach Park, and we are so amazed by how clean, great costumer service and how fresh the food is, the cashier and manager where so helpful and so nice to us. We will definitely recommend this location, if you are hungry and want to go to a friendly fast food restaurant this is your location.Kid-friendliness: My son was cranky and tired, but the cashier made him happy with he's friendly smile, and the manager was super fun too!Wheelchair accessibility: They to have plenty handicap parking spots right in front of the restaurant!
