Their food is always cold and today they said they have no Diet Coke or any diet drinks and I cannot eat or drink anything not diet their burgers were cold. The chicken was cold. I bring them back in. They would not give me no refund the act like they couldn’t do that even though I give him the food back.

Why do they make every car pull forward and wait? I only ordered 1 whopper and nothing else! Then they don't even use the first window. Like hellooooo use the 2 windows instead of making everyone pull forward. It takes soo much longer for the employee to run outside to the car, maybe use the 1st window for normal orders and the second one for orders that take longer. Duh! Instead you guys just pretend that 1st window doesn't exist. Common sense!

We went to the drive through and order chicken fries,chicken nuggets and when we got to the window they told us to go park because are food wasn’t ready so after a couple minutes later they brought the food and drove home just to realize the food was stale/hard and cold it was so hard you couldn’t even bite it 🤦🏻♀️ (no receipt btw) waste of gas
They promised a fresh patty it was cold, the cheese wasn’t melted, rude employees, no wonder I don’t see people in line to eat. I could have went the Jewel brought my own chicken and breaded it myself in the same time I waited

Terrible experience slow service i got a plain burger for my daughter and they took more then 10 minutes to make it 4 workers only i dined in and they did not even ask dine in or to go im so disappointed and my son's they was to play wet stuff down the slide

I recently visited this Burger King location for a Croissan'wich breakfast sandwich with modifications. The order was incorrect and the sandwich was microwaved. The hash browns weren't cold, but they were hard and not fresh.
