I recently visited this Burger King location for a Croissan'wich breakfast sandwich with modifications. The order was incorrect and the sandwich was microwaved. The hash browns weren't cold, but they were hard and not fresh.

I ate the breakfast and it tasted horrible so I started to pick at it and I opened the burrito to find a black hair under my sausage. I am a blonde. Never again, unacceptable. I had to catch the train and I threw up everywhere. I hope this place gets shut down. Health hazard.

Paid with credit card they took a while to hand it back I saw the way she received receipt and kept it and said no it didn't go through and she charged me again manager needed to put in pin and then they gave me my receipt I checked my bank statement and I got charged twice for the same order I am very unpleased I have store managing experience in the food industry and the manager should've asked me to check if it went through or something now I have to waste my time in day and leave work to go travel 20min to burger king and tell them to give me my refund I am very unsatisfied! And again no one answers the freaking phone what if it was corporation trying to reach the store or someone important!

When I got to the self-service counter and started ordering, the person there didn’t understand English at all. When I pulled up to the window and tried to repeat what I wanted to order, they just shut the window and wouldn’t listen to me because they didn’t understand English. Then they said some bad words in Spanish. Why can’t I just grab a normal meal late at night in my own country?

Terrible experience. When we ordered we weren’t asked if it was for here or to go, so everything was in to-go bags. When I asked for a tray, I was brought a cup carrier and when I said i wanted a tray and not a cup holder he threw the cup holder back with a bad attitude. It was the guy with giant ear gauges. We wanted to eat at the play place and every table in there was dirty so we couldn’t eat there and my kids didn’t even end up playing there because it was just so filthy. Every ketchup we got had some sticky substance, like honey or oil, not sure. And our hamburger buns were cold. We used to like bringing out kids to the play place too. When we left, all the tables in the play place were still dirty.
I found a blonde hair in my food it was dead and all it was from the manager with blonde hair and blue eyes she’s Hispanic she’s a very rude lady and treats customers very badly
