GM should intruct closing Managers to disable Merchant,Uber eats and Doordash orders, BECAUSE when the BK management does not, it affects customers and gig drivers time and money. This means, when you are closed it means your closed to all, not just because employees want to leave, doesn't mean you should NEGLECT RESPONSIBILITIES, I.E, FRYERS OFF, GRILL OVEN OFF, ALARM SET, DOORS LOCKED. CATCH MY DRIFT !!! ?

Order# 36 I love this location! Its located in my neighborhood so its super convenient. Especially with the app now you can order online pickup and go. The staff is great there. My younger brother usto work there. Unfortunately now they are understaffed i think i saw a total of 3 employees just now 😳 sandy and the crew are really holding it down. Even so i still got my order in a timely manner and they even offered to bring it up to my car but i didnt want to bring them out into the cold. Out of all the burger kings in waukegan this and the greenbay location are the best. Thanks Sandy for yet another positive experience.

The store manger Sandy needs to be fired. I placed an order and some things were messed up I was nice about it but this lady got an attitude with me. You made the mistake don’t treat a customer like they are wrong. For someone in a management position have some professional behavior. I have reported this to the HG as well.

I had an issue with my order on a previous visit to the Burger King on Lewis Ave in Waukegan, but the manager (whose name I didn't catch) really went above and beyond to make it right. Not only were the missing items added, but they were upgraded, and I even received an extra order of fries as a kind gesture. The level of empathy and customer service truly restored my faith in the brand. I’m very grateful for the excellent service and will definitely continue to visit this location!

I don’t usually review fast food chains since you know ??♂️ but I need to shout out this specific location. The staff is always on point and very friendly. The food is as good as any BK although this one is consistently good!

This burger kind is much nicer and has kinder staff than the one near the KFC on Lewis. Food is always much fresher because they make it as you order even if you have to wait a couple extra minutes. Totally worth it.
Parking: Has some holes and bumps but it's okay
Kid-friendliness: Enough space for kids to destroy the peace
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible to wheelchairs but probably a bit bumpy
At one time they used to give you fresh burgers when you asked, now they make you wait for nuked food.
