We had such a great experience at Chili's today, and I want to take a moment to highlight our server, Chris (also known as Justin). From the moment we walked in, he treated us like family. His warm smile and positive energy made us feel welcomed right away. The service he gave us was outstanding, so kind, attentive, and genuine. Our food came out hot just the way we asked, and what really impressed me was how he memorized our entire order without writing anything down. It made the whole lunch feel more personal and thoughtful. He checked on us often, always with the same friendly smile. If you're ever at this Chili's, please request him. Servers like Chris truly bless your experience. This Chili's in Fountain Square has always had great staff, but today's service went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

We went Sunday at 11: 45 am. It was very noisy. There weren’t a lot of people there. The food was good. We had the quesadillas the three for me. I would return to that establishment again. This was the chilis in Waukegan.

The only problem i had we ordered our food and my was supposed to be cooked just before leaving it was cooked with the rest of my family orders mine was cooked with there's abd when I got home my burger was dry not hot the manager of chillies was excellent and so was the service and our sever never had any issues with chillies will continue to come they also gave me the wrong soup

Ordered a ribeye. They tried to argue with me. The steak i got was a sirloin or something else. It was not a ribeye. Customer service sucked. Worst Chili's I have ever been to.
