Hi, I wanted to share my experience at the Fountain Square Chipotle today. The employee who took our order had an attitude from the start, and both of our quesadillas were burnt. I was also charged $16 for two kids’ meals, and at the very least, I expected the food to be prepared correctly.
When I went back to ask for a refund, the same employee continued with the same attitude, as if we were at fault. If she’s unhappy with her job, that’s not something customers should have to deal with. We were polite, and there was no reason for the rudeness.
I just wanted to bring this to your attention because the service and food quality were very disappointing.

So my review i left when they first opened up. Got removed, dont know why maybe because. They didnt like my review. The staff is rude as hell. The young Hispanic lady is rude as hell. I was on lunch trying to grab a burrito. They didnt put enough meat. So I asked for extra and got an attitude. Besides having to wait for 20 min. When I went to pay the other staff was sitting around in back not doing anything laughing at all the customers get denied.why did they get denied is because they weren't accepting cash. Same with me after my food was made and went to go pay. The young lady said they weren't accepting cash. That should have been told to everyone when we first walked in. But no, my time got wasted and food got wasted all for nothing. Please before anyone orders from here. Read the reviews. The reviews ain't lieing about this location.

My work shift ended and all I wanted was a burrito bowl...come to find out my sister told me about the BOGO today. Since a new mother, I got her order too and was ready for the Chipotle feast. We'll come to find out they decided to stop the BOGO at 8 without notice. Extremely poor customer service, will not return to this location under served and refuse to give proper serving, when I questioned it the young lady gave me 1 small piece of meat, very disrespectful. I am a frequent visitor to Chipotle in my home location in Livonia, mi. and this location have immature young people who have no understanding of customer service.
