TERRIBLE customer service. As I tried to order a young short, red head girl approached me. I’m explaining that I’d be reading off an order as she abruptly interrupted me asking me if I was going to order more, before I can even finish adding ingredients to the first order. After I told her I would she asked if I would order more, as I said I would she interrupted asking me if I was going to order 3 bowls. I confirmed so we kept going with the first bowl, the game didn’t stop there as every time I would add something she would interrupt me to ask what I was adding to the other two bowls. I couldn’t believe the level of willfulness. Not only was she rude and impatient, she was scrapping the bottom of the bean container, giving me burnt, dried beans, as much as I would never do this I had to kindly ask to add fresh beans, she rolled her eyes turned around and grabbed a spoonful of fresh beans and poured them over the old ones. It was almost humiliating to receive that type of treatment when all I was trying to do was order food after a long stressful day. I can’t wait for other locations to open so I no longer have to see these people again.

Man I hate these reviews but I tried to reach customer service and they kept disconnecting my chat, over and over.
Outside garbage everywhere. 3 employees sitting on the counter while I waited for my ready food but the overwhelmed employee didn’t have any help. (I understand if they are on break but probably shouldn’t do that in line of site of customers.) Counters were full of rice. Floors dirty. Employee dropped something. Picked it up and used it on an order (unk what it was).
If I hadn’t pre ordered I would have walked out.

-SATURDAY NIGHT SEWAGE- This Chipotle will POISON YOU and think nothing of it, say “it is a matter of opinion” when I argued that cleaning liquids were at the same level as the food while three males slosh-mopped at the same time one female served the food, and the senior female shift leader said NOTHING to correct 1) the three males cleaning began to argue with the customer. Myself and others walked out. OUR LIVES ARE WORTH MORE THAN A CHEMICALIZED BURRITO.

A lawsuit should be filed against the owners of this franchise. The staff rushes to close early 920pm while the store hours are listed 10:45am -11pm . Cleaning the food area with DISINFECTANT- while still making customers food ! An employee was confronted by customers after placing the foil and tortillas on the liquid disinfectant- then ARROGANTLY ask the paying customer who’s hard earned money keeps these doors open to this establishment if they still wanted the POISON that was being prepared . I was OUTRAGED! While Profit- Earning should be a company’s priority, the safety and wellbeing of their customers should be number 1 . This is a disgraceful establishment and its leadership.

Disappointed, the place was empty and there was 5 employees all standing around. I understand it’s a holiday and most places aren’t open but I only went to an asada bowl. Nothing complicated, when I started making the bowl , I asked for asada and the employee told the had run out of asada, he told me to pick something else. The cook was just standing there , I asked if they were closing or how much longer it would be for more asada. He said it would be 30 minutes. The cook looked annoyed and just seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Not planning on coming back anytime soon, hope they improve on customer service

I ordered an online burrito bowl and the bowl was filled to the top. They did not skimp or short me on ingredients like some chipotles. I will continue to come back to this location as long as this is the case.

This place is horrible. something was found in the guacamole and instead of making a new batch they just removed everything that wasn’t supposed to be in there and still gave me guacamole from the same container. Extremely rude and was rushing when i was placing my order. Also has the music playing in here as if it was a night club. HORRIBLE PLACE WOULDNT RECOMMEND 👎👎👎

Ordered boxed burrito lunch through the catering line. Was not an easy process. You cannot call the store, and if they are busy there, you have to call the catering number back. Couldn't add on extras through the catering line, I needed to order chips and queso and extra salsas at the register. The printer was not working, so I had to take a picture of my order on the register... fingers crossed my finance department accepts that! Food was good, though, and everything that was ordered was ready on time.
