how can 1 employee ruin the whole food experience. Disrespectful and lies about kitchen closing to non Hispanic. 3rd shift woman in drive thru with long nails,heavy set.Catalina or something close. I was told she was fired and I ordered food 3 times since with no issues. Tonight she is working an i was denied food and police called on me because I recorded situation

Catalina very bad service. Food is delicious. She has personal issues with certain customers whom spend money here when she isn't working. Come when she isn't working. Won't give manager info to report her. 3 weeks later I have ordered food no issues good food. I was told she was fired . Tonight I ordered 3 tacos she told me kitchen was closed at 230am. another car pull up to order and was served food. Female Employee with long nails then calls police on me because I recorded her because I said she has personal issues with me. Management needs to do something here as other employees have said she had have numerous problems with other customers

The salsas are not good the food is ok I have gone to the comales in round lake, Chicago, Melrose park and Cicero their all so yummy except Waukegan comales customer service is excellent!

Food was ok. I ate a steak burrito with rice and refried beans. I think it could have been better seasoned. The portion size was on the large side and filled me up. The Mexican rice was good too, but I did not enjoy the refried beans. It had a weird red color and, to me, the flavor was off.

The salsas are not that good. They screw up orders all the time. Every other Los Comales I have been to has great food. This is probably the worst Mexican food i've had.
Just sat at drive up and noone was there. Very dissappointed.

I came to this place for the first time and ordered 3 tacos, rice and beans. One of my tacos was cut in half; I was in disbelief, essentially, I got two tacos and a half. The tacos were not that good not to mention the terrible lemonade and the guy who took my order wasn’t nice.

In the Chicago this chain is the gold standard. They make there own pickled jalapenos & carrots with cauliflower, the mold spice is fantastic with the tacos. The Torta de Milanesa is the sandwich of choice for all who are driving South for special occasions, great road trip food. The weekends means Menudo so get ready for the delicious flavor of tradition. The green sauce is my favorite but the red sauce is very spicy for me but my Nacho plate needs that sauce on the side. Try the Aguas Tamarindo is my favorite. It's not the same in Vietnam or Thailand so enjoy it at a place that knows how to make it. Lemonade on a hot day with my steak tacos is perfect for summer picnics on the beach. Try this place & enjoy well made food every time. Enjoy
