I came in to get my kids ice cream with there coupon they get from a kids meal. I went ended up ripping the wrong one off and had the tokens instead. Julia (assistant manager) was absolutely great with service and I appreciate all that she did. Even the other workers were so nice and had great customer service. I'm definitely giving a review with 5 stars!!

Walked inside to order and dine in. Julia the assistant manager was talking to the general manager with all smiles, laughter, and an upbeat tone. she came to attend me at the register and her smile went away alone with the upbeat tone in her voice. Felt as if I was a bother/inconvenience to her. Never felt unwelcomed till today.

My family and I visit Culver’s at least once a week we absolutely love it! Unfortunately, we’ve noticed a recurring issue during our late night visits. The gentleman working the drive-thru often seems to overlook parts of our order. For example, when we request add-ons, we’re charged for them but they don’t always make it into our order. It’s disappointing, especially since we’re frequent guests and truly enjoy Culver’s otherwise.

We visited the Culver’s in Waukegan, Illinois on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 after a fun and exciting day nearby. Culver’s is one of my favorite restaurants in the world and I definitely enjoyed my visit to my 42nd Culver’s on my list having visited locations in Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Wisconsin, Kentucky and Florida. I love any of their chicken so I enjoyed that with their fries and a Coke as well as ice cream. Everyone we interacted with was nice and it’s really neat how the layout is almost always the same so it feels nice and familiar. (Written 8-21-25)

Absolutely love them!!! BUT I ordered a concrete mixer and the toppings I chose online were NOT added. A bit unfortunate as I was looking forward to it. Other than that, food was amazing!!!
