They really care about your experience here! As a person who eats gluten free, Culvers is a fast food staple since they offer gluten free buns. Only downside I have experienced, is that the burgers come with no condiments. After years of asking for ketchup and mayo to be added to the bag, I would say 90% of the time it would be forgotten at other locations. I've just kinda settled into the fact that I'd have to put toppings on when I get home. Not only does this location put plenty of ketchup and mayo in my bag without me even asking, they also steam my gluten free bun in its bag. It's something that seems so small, but it really makes all the difference to me. This is by far the best location I have been to.

Mid. I’m spending too much for mediocre food. Our server didn’t understand “all the way” meant on a burger and the shakes were literally half mixed. You could see the vanilla soft serve still at the bottom. Only the top was mixed

Food was terrible. Had crispy chicken sandwich. It was ice cold, dry, and the chicken was overcooked. It was like biting into hard, old crust. Terrible sandwich. I the it out when I got home. Cheese curds were fresh though. I would not recommend this place if you're hungry.
Most of the time it seems like there are no managers on staff and service really pays for it. Waiting 15 minutes in the drive through to get 1 concrete is ridiculous

I came in to get my kids ice cream with there coupon they get from a kids meal. I went ended up ripping the wrong one off and had the tokens instead. Julia (assistant manager) was absolutely great with service and I appreciate all that she did. Even the other workers were so nice and had great customer service. I'm definitely giving a review with 5 stars!!
