I ordered through the drive thru, paid the cashier cash; however, there was a strong wind that took the money right out of his hand. By the time, he got outside, the money was gone resulting in me to pay again for my food. I had already paid. I called and spoke to the manager and they said they couldn't do anything about it. As a customer, I feel I should not had to pay again as the cashier had the money in his hand. I am very disappointed at the service I received and I will be finding a new place to have lunch as this is not the first mistake this Culver's has had.

This was a nice place to grab a good burger or chicken sandwich. The food was fresh and hot and the fries were good. The staff was very friendly and patient with my family, as it was our first time visiting there. We will go back for sure.

Best buy is the children's scoop meal has same hamburger and can put anything on it you want, comes with custard with 1 topping, drink and fries. If you save 10 paper tags off the bag you get a free meal or a large toy.
